Apple's mobile phone scan code can't get into the video.

If the camera can't scan the QR code, there are the following methods.

Click on the settings of Apple's mobile phone first.

After entering the settings, click on the camera.

Then, in the camera interface that opens, find the item of scanning QR code.

Finally, open the button on the right side of scanning QR code.

If the camera cannot scan the QR code:

It is recommended that you use the camera's photo function to try and observe the shooting.

If the factory settings are restored (main menu-System Settings-Restore Factory Settings-Restore Factory Settings-Reset Phone-Click Clear All), the problem still exists.

The camera hardware is damaged.

It is recommended that you contact after-sales personnel for maintenance.
