200. Itinerary 7: In Linzhi, Lhasa, I hurried to explore the hidden code to punch in (with exquisite atlas).

Everyone who loves to travel has a plateau dream in his heart.

From August 2065438 to August 2005, Xiaomei and I went to Tibet to explore the "Tibetan code" in our hearts.

Before we set out, we made a special trip to the bank, changed some 50 yuan banknotes and put them in our wallets. Because, on the back of that paper money, it is the world-famous Potala Palace.

Unexpectedly, a beautiful travel plan has all kinds of episodes.

Tibet is called the top of the roof of the world. Nyainqen Tang Lala Snow Mountain stands at100km north of the capital Lhasa, with its highest point at 7117m above sea level. Our destination is Lhasa, which is 3650 meters above sea level and is one of the highest cities in the world.

Snow-capped mountains can be seen everywhere in the western plateau, many of which are above 5000 meters above sea level. Most of the aircraft routes are at an altitude of 10,000 meters, but when flying over the snow-capped mountains, the snow-capped mountains below are very clear, as if within reach.

The plane landed at Gongga airport and set foot on Lhasa, the city of sunshine. Surprise and magic have befallen us, Tashildler.

Famous scenic spots such as Potala Palace, Barkhor Street, Namtso and Yarlung Zangbo River. They are all introduced in detail on the internet, so I won't go into details here, just talk about my personal travel experience.

When I first went to the plateau, I had a slight hyperreflexia, just like drinking three bottles of beer in one breath. It's really difficult to walk two steps, and it's really difficult to go upstairs.

I remembered my friend's advice. I don't feel well. Do not go to the plateau. Avoid catching a cold before entering Tibet, and don't take a shower on the day of entering Tibet. Please remember "walk slowly, talk less, sleep more, don't drink, and prevent colds".

Although she ate rhodiola for a week before going out, Xiaomei was still very high. I managed to book two tickets for Potala Palace, but she didn't want to leave any regrets. She endured a headache and felt dizzy and wanted to fly down from the top of the mountain.

After going down the mountain, we went straight to the oxygen room of Lhasa Hospital. There are flustered, disgusting and gaunt tourists everywhere, which makes people crazy.

Because the Xiaomei rebellion continued to be serious, we had to terminate the established plan and "escape" Lhasa in the early morning instead of going to Namtso. Buy a plane ticket at 2 o'clock, arrive at the airport at 4 o'clock and fly all the way to Linzhi. This is definitely the bravest decision I have ever made in my life.

Regarding the prevention and treatment of hyperresponsiveness, the hospital's understanding and friends' introduction are as follows:

Linzhi is an ideal place with a plateau plot if Lhasa can't get the blessings and enjoyment from high altitude. Known as the "Tibetan land south of the Yangtze River", it is about 2900 meters above sea level, with convenient Milin airport and magnificent 3 18 Sichuan-Tibet line.

The air pressure in Linzhi is 765,438+0% of that in the mainland. Due to abundant vegetation, the oxygen content in Bilasa is 25% higher, reaching about 90%. Linzhi is the ideal buffer zone to enter the plateau.

The beauty of Linzhi lies in the way to various scenic spots. The land here is vast and sparsely populated, and many expressways of a certain level have interval speed limits to avoid hidden dangers caused by high-speed driving.

We once stopped to have a rest, and under the leadership of the chartered master, we visited a Tibetan family, drank butter tea and chatted with our family. One of the Tibetan girls who can't speak English came into view and was recorded by me with a lens.

You can also experience the magnificent plateau scenery in Linzhi. The roof of the world, a snowy paradise, mountains above the plateau and trees in the forest. Although the mountains are majestic, the canyons are winding.

The breathtaking Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon, where two buses passed in one direction, was only two or three centimeters recently, which definitely impressed you.

The mysterious Namgyabawa Peak, more than 7,700 meters above sea level, is shrouded in mist all the year round and ashamed to see its true colors.

Shankouhe Bridge has prayer flags, praying for the wind to cross the mountains and rivers. The scientific name of the banner is "Fengmaqi", and the banner is covered with Tibetan scriptures. Take the wind as a horse, cross mountains and rivers and spread blessings everywhere.

Nanyigou, near the Sino-Indian border, is a beautiful primitive plateau pasture with unforgettable thick moss on ancient trees.

Zhaxigang village on the plateau has infinite pastoral scenery, so it is a paradise, which makes people feel like a lifetime ago.
