I. Purpose of establishment

In recent years, the exhibition industry in China has developed rapidly. A survey shows that the convention and exhibition industry will be one of the top ten industries with the greatest development potential in China in the next decade. At the same time, however, with the internationalization of the exhibition industry, the specialization and service of exhibition content, and the specialization of exhibition management personnel, the exhibition industry is facing the problem of far insufficient talent reserve. We found that although the university is located in Wuhan, many students have a strong interest in the exhibition industry, but because of the high degree of commercialization of the exhibition industry, they do not have a very effective and professional way to further understand the exhibition industry.

On this basis, we conceived the establishment of the exhibition enthusiasts association of Hubei University of Economics, with the aim of spreading exhibition information, cultivating exhibition talents and serving the exhibition industry in Wuhan, and uniting teachers and students who love exhibitions on campus. Our urgent task is to become a bridge between universities and Wuhan exhibition industry, provide a broader platform for students to understand and contact the exhibition industry more deeply, and become a base for training and exporting exhibition talents!

1, after the election (early May)

On Sunday night, an open election was held in class Q 104 1, and the first leading group of the association was established, and then the division of labor was clear. The election method is secret ballot.

Considering the early establishment of this association, if the post is not satisfied with the election, it can be temporarily vacant and decided through consultation later.

2. Recruitment of members (completed before May 15)

3. Founding activities

4. Formally establish a community
