Is French colored bamboo the same as Fu Guizhu?

No, the difference between them is as follows:

1 The distance between the bamboo nodes is far below Phyllostachys pubescens, the top leaves are large and the whole plant is thin.

2. The pitch of colored bamboo is small, and the leaves at the top are more and shorter. A rich bamboo is twice as thick as a rich bamboo.

Fu Guizhu alias: Wanshou Bamboo, Duozi Wanshou Bamboo, Kaiyun Bamboo, Fugui Tower, Bamboo Tower and Tazhu. Fuguizhu is a perennial evergreen herb with a plant height of 1.5~2.5 meters. If it is used as a commodity, the cultivation height is 80 ~ 100 cm. Most of them are cultivated in gardens with plump stems and leaves. Its varieties are green leaves, green leaves with white edges (called silver edges), green leaves with yellow edges (called Phnom Penh) and green leaves with silver hearts (called green leaves with silver hearts).

There are four common bamboo varieties, namely, golden bamboo, silver bamboo, silver bamboo and Phnom Penh bamboo. Different types have different characteristics and are suitable for different styles of home decoration.

Jin Xin Fuguizhu

There are yellow-green or golden longitudinal stripes in the middle of the plant, which is quite special. Fu Guizhu is a stout plant with dark green leaves.

Unlike Fu Guizhu, a golden heart, Fu Guizhu has a silver-white longitudinal stripe in the center of its leaves.
