The color tone of Su Bo takes the traditional powder wall and tile as the element, which adds a new interpretation connotation to the architectural symbols in the south of the Yangtze River. In terms of architectural structure, the design of roof form breaks through the shackles of traditional Chinese architecture "big roof" in lighting, and glass and open steel structure can let indoor rooms borrow a big skylight.

Su Bo's landscape design is to extract the essence from Suzhou classical gardens. The creative landscape garden composed of ponds, rockeries, bridges, pavilions and bamboo forests is organically combined with traditional gardens, creatively integrating museums, ancient buildings and gardens.

Second stop: Zhongwangfu

The Loyalty Palace, which many people ignore, is well worth seeing. As a part of Suzhou Museum, it no longer plays an exhibition role, because its architectural style is quite different from that of Subo, which is often ignored by tourists. But in fact, it contains Gankun, and the wisteria planted by hand in Wenhengshan, known as the "national treasure", is also in the present Zhongxiao Palace.

Wen Zhiming planted wisteria by himself, which is an ancient and famous Suzhou garden landscape. It is located in the inner corner of the central garden gate of the former Humble Administrator's Garden, and now this area has been assigned to the Loyalty Palace next door. This wisteria was planted by Wen Zhiming, one of the four great talents in the south of the Yangtze River, when he was building the Humble Administrator's Garden. Wen Zhiming was a famous painter and painter in Ming Dynasty and one of the founders of Wu Pai.

He has a close relationship with Wang, the owner of the Humble Administrator's Garden. After the completion of the Humble Administrator's Garden, Wang often invited him to dinner to enjoy the scenery. Wen Zhiming is an anthomaniac obsessed with wisteria. And when he was in my humble administrator's garden, he planted this wisteria in the garden himself, which has been more than 400 years. The trunk diameter of this wisteria tree is 22 cm at breast height. It is twisted and curved, with a crane-shaped dragon, garlands and tassels hanging like a string of purple jade. It has great ornamental value and is known as one of the "Three Musts in Suzhou". In February of 20021year, it was listed in CCTV's National Treasure.

Zhongyi Palace used to be the Eight Banners Zhili Guild Hall, so many northern architectural styles and features are integrated into Suzhou's architectural style, such as the "quadrangle" of Zhongyi Palace, which is unique in Suzhou's classical architecture.

In addition, the guild hall is a gathering place for fellow villagers, and also a place for businessmen to negotiate trade, often with a stage. The classic stage is the building of Zhongwangfu East Road, which was built by the Eight Banners Feng Zhi Guild Hall using the courtyard of the South Courtyard. After several repairs, it has basically maintained its original appearance and is one of the well-preserved indoor classical stages in China.

Third stop: Humble Administrator's Garden

After coming out of Zhongwangfu, turn left slightly and then go back to Northeast Street. After dozens of steps, I arrived at Humble Administrator's Garden, one of the four famous gardens in China and the most famous tourist attraction in Suzhou.

This garden was built in the Ming Dynasty and designed by Wen Zhiming, four great talents. I won't repeat the history of Humble Administrator's Garden here, as long as I listen to the tour guide's explanation, I can probably understand it.
