Ancient Love Couple

1. Tang Bohu and Shen Jiuniang

Tang Bohu, named Yin, was born in Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province. He was famous for his poetry, calligraphy and painting in the Ming Dynasty. Just because he lived a dissolute life in his early years and was known as "the most romantic talent in the south of the Yangtze River". In addition, the novels, dramas, music and singing of the Ming and Qing Dynasties also fabricated his love story of "Three Smiles and Autumn Fragrance". In the impression of future generations, Tang Bohu is a romantic and talented man.

Tang Bohu married two wives in his life. His ex-wife was the Xu family. She was born in an official family and loved to enjoy life. Mu Ronghua was eager for Tang Bohu to become famous and stand out. In 1499, Tang Bohu ranked first in the provincial examination and passed the Yuan Dynasty. Mrs. Xu was overjoyed. Unexpectedly, the good times did not last long. The next year, Tang Bohu went to Beijing to take the examination. He was innocently implicated in a leaked examination question and was unfortunately imprisoned. Mrs. Xu learned that it was expected that Tang Bohu would never be promoted, so she packed up and returned to her parents' home. From then on, the two parted ways.

Later, Tang Bohu met the official prostitute Shen Jiuniang in a brothel. Jiuniang respected this talented man very much. In order to provide Tang Bohu with a good environment for painting, she kept the dressing room very neatly. When Tang Bohu painted, Jiuniang always washed his inkstones, mixed colors, and laid out paper for him. Tang Bohu had this Good friends, my painting skills are getting better and better. Most of the beauties he painted were the grace and beauty he experienced from Jiuniang. When Jiuniang saw that Tang Bohu did not treat her as a prostitute, she respected him even more. As time passed, the two fell in love and became a couple. Two years later, Jiuniang gave birth to a daughter, named Taosheng.

In 1590, there was a flood in Suzhou. Tang Bohu's life of selling paintings was naturally difficult, and sometimes he even had no money for food and rice. The family's life depends entirely on Jiuniang's painstaking support. Jiuniang finally fell ill due to overwork. Tang Bohu invited a doctor. After diagnosis, the doctor told Tang Bohu that Jiuniang was seriously ill and blind. Tang Bohu tried his best to serve Jiuniang and had no interest in poetry and painting. Before the winter solstice of 1512, Jiuniang held Tang Bohu's hand tightly and said, "I promise that you will never give up and ask me to be your wife. I originally wanted to do my best to take care of the housework, let you concentrate on poetry and painting, and become a Everyone. But I have no luck, no life, and no power. I am going to die. I hope you can take care of yourself." After hearing these words, Tang Bohu couldn't help but burst into tears.

After Shen Jiuniang's death, Tang Bohu never married another wife. He converted to Buddhism in his later years and was known as the Liuru layman.

2. Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty and Mrs. Li

The court musician Li Yannian was proficient in music, could compose music, write lyrics, and choreograph. He was a natural artist. One day, when Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty was hosting a banquet, Li Yannian was serving the banquet. During the banquet, he played a new song he composed by himself: "There is a beautiful woman in the north, who is independent from the world. Look at the charming city, and then look at the charming country. Ning. The first performance of this composition was very successful. Emperor Wu sighed: "How can there be such a beautiful woman in the world?" Li Yannian followed the stick and said: " "Your Majesty, the one singing in the song is Yannian's little sister." Emperor Wu's heart moved and he summoned Mrs. Li to the palace. When he saw her, it turned out that she was beautiful and good at dancing. Emperor Wu then accepted Li as his concubine and named her Mrs. Li. Therefore, spring travels from spring to night, and the king does not go to court early from now on. Soon Mrs. Li became pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy who was named King of Changyi.

In fact, Mrs. Li, like her brother, is an entertainer who has developed in the singing, dancing and music circles. However, Emperor Wu has never cared about this. Actors, what's the matter with actors? Isn't Queen Wei also a pop singer? Among the concubines he favored, apart from Chen Ajiao, not to mention the nobles and princes, he couldn't even find a girl from a good family. One day, Emperor Wu went to Mrs. Li's palace and suddenly felt his head itched, so he scratched his head with Mrs. Li's jade hairpin. When news of this incident spread to the harem, everyone wanted to imitate Mrs. Li and put jade hairpins on their heads. The price of jade in Chang'an doubled for a while. Yu scratched his head and said, from now on.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Li only entered the palace for a few years, but unfortunately fell ill and soon became terminally ill until she was bedridden. Emperor Wu went to see her in person. When Mrs. Li saw Emperor Wu coming, she hurriedly covered her face with a blanket and said, "I have been ill for a long time and my appearance has been ruined. I will never see your Majesty again. I would like to entrust you to the king of Changyi and my brothers." Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty insisted on taking a look and rewarded him with gold. In exchange for granting a title to Mrs. Li's brother, she still refused. Emperor Wu said sweetly, "Everyone said you were beautiful when you were young, but compared to what you look like now, I love your tortured face more..." Mrs. Li just turned her face away and sobbed alone. Emperor Wu worked hard to memorize the poems all night, but failed to please Mrs. Li. He felt unhappy and walked away.

After Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty left, Mrs. Li's sisters all complained about her. Mrs. Li sighed and said: "I was originally from a humble background, and the emperor only loved me because of my appearance. Now if he sees that I am not as beautiful as usual, he will definitely feel disgusted and afraid of abandoning me. How can he take care of my son after my death?" And brother?" Mrs. Li died a few days later. Mrs. Li's refusal to see Emperor Wu not only did not anger him, but instead aroused him infinite pain. Mrs. Li was buried with empress rites and ordered a painter to paint her image during her lifetime and hang it in Ganquan Palace. Emperor Wu missed Mrs. Li more and more day by day, and he loved her son so much that he promoted Li Yannian as the chairman of the National Music Association, and promoted Li Guangli, who had accomplished nothing and failed in the war, to the rank of general.

Sometimes, these artists read too many people, but they see through the hot and cold world and are quite knowledgeable about people. Mrs. Li is an example.

Emperor Wu missed Mrs. Li, but unfortunately there was neither audio nor video recording. He could only summon an alchemist and ask him to set up an altar in the palace to summon spirits, so that he could meet Mrs. Li again.

The alchemist lit a candle at night and asked Emperor Wu to watch in the curtains. In the shadow of the candle, a vague figure came gracefully, with slender hands and curled waist, but then slowly disappeared away. This is the earliest drama, with simple actions. Emperor Wu looked at the figure who looked like Mrs. Li in a daze, and wrote sadly: "Is it evil? Is it not evil? I looked at it, but it was so late." The poem by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty was the earliest film review.

3. Peach Blossom Fan (Li Xiangjun, Hou Fangyu)

Li Xiangjun: also known as Li Xiang, was a famous prostitute in Moling Jiaofang. After Kong Shangren's "The Peach Blossom Fan" was published in 1699, Li Xiangjun became famous all over the world. Li Xiangjun dated Hou Fangyu, the leader of Fushe, and married Hou Fangyu as his concubine. Hou Zeng promised to intervene for Ruan Dacheng, an eunuch who was embarrassed by being exposed and attacked by celebrities in Fushe. Xiangjun Yanci asked Mr. Hou to refuse. Ruan also forced Xiang Jun to marry Caofutian Yang as his concubine. Xiang Jun fought with his life. At this time, Ma and Ruan Da arrested the Donglin Party members. Hou and others were arrested and imprisoned. Xiang Jun was also sent to the palace by Ruan Xuan. . After the Qing army went south, Hou Fangyu surrendered to the Qing Dynasty. There are different opinions about the whereabouts of Xiangjun.

After singing, the moon is in the heart of the willow tower, and the peach blossom fan is dancing low in the wind. In those warm and soft fragrances, there are still some hard bones. Li Xiangjun, a famous prostitute in Meixiang Tower on the banks of the Qinhuai River, is also a character who is proficient in poetry, calligraphy, music, painting, singing and dancing. Because her adoptive mother Li Zhenli was generous and elegant, most of the guests at Meixiang House were literati and upright and loyal ministers. Li Xiangjun was just sixteen years old when he first met Hou Fangyu and fell in love at first sight.

Hou Fangyu, together with Fang Yizhi, Chen Zhenhui, and Mao Pijiang, are collectively known as the Four Young Masters of Fushe in the Ming Dynasty, and together with Wei Xi and Wang Wan, they are known as the three great writers in the early Qing Dynasty. They are indeed talented. He was originally the son of Hou Xun, the Shangshu of Ming Dynasty's Ministry of Education, and he won the first place in the boy examination at the age of fifteen. However, if it is small, it may not be better if it is big. These young men gathered in the Qinhuai Pavilion all day long, talking about poetry and lyrics, having fun with prostitutes, and laughing wildly. Hou Fangyu and Li Xiangjun, one is a charming young man, the other is a delicate and affectionate brothel girl. They are in love with each other. It is the crazy bee who falls in love with the fragrant flower.

For a famous prostitute like Li Xiangjun, she had to invite a large number of prestigious ladies and gentlemen and pay a generous gift to the madam. Unfortunately, Hou Fangyu had no money and could do nothing. His friend Yang Longyou came to him in time of need and gave him great support. However, the money did not belong to Yang Longyou, but was a favor given by Ruan Dacheng to Hou Fangyu, hoping to win Hou Fangyu into the army. Ruan Dacheng was originally a great dramatist and writer in the late Ming Dynasty, but he served Wei Zhongxian and later followed the pseudo-Ming regime. He was not a good person. Hou Fangyu still hesitated, but Li Xiangjun got mad and took off the hairpin from his head, scolding Hou Fangyu. After selling the jewelry and borrowing money from everywhere, I finally got enough and threw the money back to Ruan Dacheng.

Ruan Huzi was so angry that Hou Fangyu had no choice but to flee. In fact, many times, opportunists like Ruan Dacheng are just literary prostitutes, and they can be wives as long as they want. It is a professional requirement for prostitutes to be ruthless, but "the shamelessness of scholar-bureaucrats is called a national shame." It is impossible to expect scholars. Hou Fangyu couldn't do it, and neither could Ruan Dacheng. After Hou Lang passed away, Li Xiangjun ended his revolutionary career. Wash away all the delicacies, thank guests behind closed doors, and wait wholeheartedly for the return of the prince. Under Ruan Dacheng's instigation, Tian Yang, a popular figure in the Hongguang Dynasty, came to welcome Li Xiangjun as his concubine. Li Xiangjun refused, but Tian Yang persisted, so she simply bumped her head against the railing, causing blood to splash on the peach blossom fan. The people getting married saw that a murder had occurred, so they had no choice but to sneak back in despair, carrying the sedan chair.

Ruan Dacheng is also a well-known figure in the literary world. He did not want to let Li Xiangjun go, but personally wrote the lyrics and script for Emperor Hongguang of the Puppet Ming Dynasty. After Li Xiangjun recovered from his injury, Ruan Dacheng immediately wrote the script. Under the guise of an oracle, she was recruited into the palace to serve as a singer. Soon after, the Qing troops captured Yangzhou and pushed towards Nanjing. Emperor Hongguang fled after hearing the news, and was eventually kidnapped by his subordinates and sacrificed to the Qing army. Afterwards, the city of Nanjing was destroyed without attack. Li Xiangjun followed some palace residents and escaped under the cover of night.

The brothels are all loyal prostitutes, and the heroes are all dog-slayers. Prostitutes sacrificed their lives to maintain their chastity and moral integrity, but scholar-bureaucrats gave up their principles and were ready to change their families at any time. After entering the Qing Dynasty, Chen Zhenhui lived in seclusion, risking the expansion of frontiers and letting go of Linquan, and Fang Yizhi became a monk. Yang Wencong died against the Qing Dynasty, and Chen Zilong committed suicide. However, Hou Fangyu couldn't bear the loneliness and took part in the provincial examination in the eighth year of Shunzhi. Being on the sub-list has caused a lot of criticism.

There are three endings about Li Xiangjun: one is that he finally reunited with Hou Fangyu in Suzhou, and was slapped in the head by an old man. The two of them drew their swords and looked around at a loss, and they had no choice but to become a monk. One is that Li Xiangjun successfully married Hou Fangyu as his concubine, Hou Fangyu rebelled and went south, and Li Xiangjun was kicked out of the Hou's mansion and died alone. The third type is that the two people did not even see each other for the last time, and Li Xiangjun left a peach blossom fan and died sadly. Before leaving, she left a message: "Young Master should observe the integrity of the Ming Dynasty and do not engage in foreign affairs. I will bear in mind your loving kindness under the Nine Springs." Unfortunately, her Prince Hou couldn't even be a cynical cynic, so he was stained in vain. Xiangjun's reputation.

Miss Zhao Si’s elopement caused an uproar in the Zhao family. During this period, Miss Zhao Si experienced that thrilling time with Zhang Xueliang and General Yang Hucheng...

After the "Xi'an Incident", Chiang Kai-shek betrayed his faith, Zhang Xueliang was imprisoned in Nanjing, and then began a long journey... life of imprisonment. In 1940, Yu Fengzhi went to the United States for medical treatment due to illness. Miss Zhao Si, who was sent to Hong Kong, resolutely entrusted her child to a trustworthy friend and returned to Zhang Xueliang. As a secretary, she fulfilled her responsibilities as a wife and never left Zhang Xueliang. , accompany him through the long years of seclusion.

During more than half a century of confinement, Miss Zhao Si has been the biggest pillar of Zhang Xueliang’s life, and the love between them has become stronger. In 1964, Yu Fengzhi took the initiative to terminate the engagement with Zhang Xueliang, consummating the love between Zhang Xueliang and Miss Zhao Si. On July 4 of the same year, when Zhang Xueliang was 64 years old, he and 51-year-old Zhao Yidi finally officially became husband and wife in Taipei City. From then on, Miss Zhao Si obtained an official status after the two lived together for 36 years.

It was difficult to defeat the disease and left Zhang Xueliang behind

In the second half of their lives, the young marshal and his wife converted to religion and became devout Christians. They used pseudonyms to attend many events in Taipei City. Christian gathering. In 1990, Zhang Xueliang ended his secluded life and made public appearances. He finally chose to settle in Hawaii and attended church services on time every week.

No matter where Zhang Xueliang is, Zhao Yidi is always by his side. Zhao Yidi's physical condition is much worse than Zhang Xueliang. She had suffered from lupus erythematosus and fractures; she had been smoking for a long time, and cancer developed in her lungs, so she had a major operation to remove half of her lungs. She had difficulty breathing ever since, which became a major factor affecting her health in her later years. Ten days ago, Zhao Yidi fell from the bed, but was not seriously injured, but then developed symptoms such as difficulty breathing and was sent to a hospital in Hawaii and admitted to the intensive care unit. After Zhang Xueliang and Zhao Yidi's son, Zhang Lulin, learned that Zhao Yidi's condition had turned critical, he rushed from California to Hawaii on the 19th to serve his old mother.

In the early morning of June 22, Zhao Yidi was still awake, but she could not speak and could only look at each of her relatives and friends surrounding her bed. At about 8:45, his wife Zhang Xueliang came to the bedside in a wheelchair. Zhang Xueliang reached out to hold his wife's hand and called out his private nickname for his wife, showing infinite attachment.

Zhao Yidi looked at Zhang Xueliang, unable to speak. At 9 o'clock, the doctor removed her oxygen tube and injected a sedative. Ms. Zhao Si fell into a coma and fell asleep. Zhang Xueliang still held on to his wife's right hand. More than two hours later, at 11:11 a.m., the pulse-monitoring instrument showed that she had passed away. The pastor leads relatives and friends to pray to God. Zhang Xueliang was still holding his wife's hand for nearly an hour before returning home with everyone's persuasion.

Zhang Xueliang once said that he owed Miss Zhao Si too much in his life

Miss Zhao Si’s life was closely linked to General Zhang Xueliang’s military and political career and destiny. *** Together we have experienced the turbulent political situation in modern China.

They have interacted with many high-level figures from both parties in the country.

5. Hongfu, who has a keen eye for talents

Hongfu, a girl named Zhang, lived in Chang'an during the wars in the Southern and Northern Dynasties and was sold to Sikong Yangsu's house as a singing prostitute. Because she holds a red whisk in her hand, she is called the red whisk girl.

There was a talented man named Li Jing in Sanyuan who was knowledgeable in military strategy and had great ambitions. After the founding of the Sui Dynasty, he decided to go to Chang'an in order to serve the country. In Chang'an, he first joined Yang Su, who was very negligent at first. After a discussion with Li Jing, he felt that this person had great potential. But after all, he is old and frail. He no longer has lofty ideals and is just content with the status quo. Li Jing was very disappointed. While the two were talking, Hong Fu was standing nearby. She saw that Li Jing was very impressive and a heroic man, and she secretly admired him. So she sent her disciples to follow Li Jing and found out where he lived. She went there late at night.

At night, Li Jing was sitting alone in front of the lamp, thinking about what happened during the day. He felt that his future was bleak and he was feeling bored. Suddenly he heard a knock on the door. When he opened the door, he saw that it was the maid he had seen in Sikong Mansion during the day. . Hong Fu expressed his intention straight to the point: he is willing to defect to Li Jing and accompany him to explore the world. Li Jing was overjoyed, but also worried that Yang Su would not be able to explain. Hongfu comforted him and said: Yang Su is old. If many maids escape when he comes in, the Sikong Mansion will not pursue them.

Li Jing was very pleased to see that a beautiful woman understood him and was willing to dedicate his life to him, so he immediately agreed. The Sikong Mansion couldn't find Hong Fu, so they sent people to investigate for several days, but in the end nothing came of it. So Hong Fu and Li Jing became businessmen and left Chang'an.

The two of them were traveling all the way and stopped at a guest station in Lingshi when they met a man with a beard on his face, who called himself the beard guest. Hong Fu saw that he seemed vulgar but had an extraordinary temperament, so she became a brother and sister with him. The three of them came to Fenyang and met Li Yuan and Li Shimin. After a conversation, Li Jing and Li Shimin suddenly realized that it was too late to meet each other, but the bearded guest said: "Since God is here, I will find another way." A few days later. News of Yang Su's death came from Chang'an. Li Shimin invited the three of them to come to the mansion to discuss. Li Jing and Hong Fu went to Li's mansion. The bearded guest refused to go alone, saying that he would wait for them in Chang'an.

Later, when Li Jing and Hong Fu went to Chang'an to find the bearded guest, they found that he was actually a very rich man. What was even more incredible was that the beard insisted on giving all his property to them, and he only brought one suitcase. Go far away. The two watched the bearded guest go away. After returning, they asked for some things from his house and found that there were several books on war. Li Jing studied them day and night, and his military skills and strategies greatly improved. After Li Yuan and his son raised an army, Li Jing showed his military talents and helped Li Yuan and his son pacify Jiangnan and establish the Tang Dynasty. He also attacked the Turks, captured Jieli Khan alive, and was named the Duke of Wei. Hongfu naturally became a first-class lady.

The Qiu Bearded Guest is said to have organized an army of soldiers and horses to fight into the Fusang Kingdom in the sea, destroy its power and establish himself as emperor.

6. Girls’ School Secretary Xue Tao

Xue Xun, who was originally an official in the capital, moved to Shuzhong with his wife Pei. Not long after, Mrs. Pei gave birth to a girl, named Xue Tao, whose courtesy name was Hongdu, indicating that she had lived in the stormy torrent.

When Xue Tao was eight years old, her father asked her to recite a poem with the theme of the sycamore tree in the courtyard. , leaves are sent to the incoming wind. Xue Xun was horrified and thought that the words "welcoming and farewell" and "coming and going" were an ominous sign.

When Xue Tao was fourteen, his father passed away. In order to support herself and her mother's livelihood, she became a poetic prostitute who entertained guests with poetry. With her beauty and unique talent, she soon became a famous prostitute in Chengdu. At that time, the southwest was often invaded by Tubo. The imperial court sent a Jiannan Jiedushi envoy to manage the southwest. This man was named Wei Gao. He had long heard about Xue Tao's talent and asked her to compose a poem at the banquet. Xue Tao wrote a poem titled "Visiting Wushan Temple" without hesitation: Visiting Gaotang where the ape crows, the haze and the fragrance of grass and trees along the way; the mountain scenery cannot be forgotten by Song Yu , the sound of water is especially the cry of King Xiang. Morning and night under the balcony, it is raining and the country of Chu is perishing; I feel melancholy about how many willows there are in front of the temple, and the thrushes are growing in the sky when spring comes. Wei Gao praised it greatly, so Xue Tao became a frequent visitor to the Shuai Mansion. Wei Gao originally wanted Xue Tao to serve as the school secretary, but due to her low status, he had to give up.

Because there were several pith trees in front of Xue Tao's house, Wei Gao used the word "under the paddy flowers" to describe her place of residence. From then on, "Loquat Lane" also became the nickname of the brothel.

As Xue Tao became more and more famous, Wei Gao thought she was too ostentatious and was going to demote her to Songzhou. Xue Tao wrote ten famous farewell poems on the way; collectively called "Ten Lis". "Poetry":

Having been tame and harassing a rich family for four or five years, the fragrant hair cleanses the owner of his pity; he bites his family guests for no reason, and is not allowed to sleep on the red silk carpet.

The more you manage, the more you declare, the more you show your affection, and the red paper is sprinkled with flowers;

Snow ears, with red hair and light blue hooves, have chased the wind to the east and west; they were startled by the fall of the beautiful man, and Hua Xuan was not allowed to hiss.

I am alone in Longxi, flying here and there on the golden yin; all because it is inconvenient to speak, and I am not allowed to change people in the cage.

I can't bear to throw it away when I go in and out of the royal gate. The master often exchanges loving words with me;

The bright and clear Yuan Ming connects the inside and outside, and the clear light shines like a crystal palace; they are all tainted by a little leisure, and they cannot be held in the palm of your hand all night long.

I play in the lotus pond in four or five autumns. I often shake my red tail and make a hook;

The claws are as sharp as sharp eyes and the eyes are as sharp as bells. Catching rabbits on the plains is considered a high sentiment; they scurry towards the blue clouds without any reason, and cannot be held up by the king's arms.

The newly planted four or five elements of lush greenery often bear the burden of chastity to the autumn frost; for the sake of the spring bamboo shoots break through the wall, they are not allowed to hang down to cover the jade hall.

The cast gold mirror begins to open, and it lingers in the third and fifth months of life; because it is blinded by infinite dust, it cannot go to the jade platform in the palace.

After seeing this, Wei Gao turned from anger to joy and quickly recalled her to Chengdu.

In the past few decades, there have been eleven changes in Jiannan Jiedushi, and each one of them was attracted by her beauty and talent. When Xue Tao was forty-two years old, she fell in love with someone wholeheartedly for the first time—Yuan Zhen, who came to Chengdu on business. Yuan Zhen was eleven years younger than Xue Tao, and was a well-known talent throughout the country. He was also deeply attracted by this late beauty. Despite the disparity in status and age, they spent a good year together. After Yuan Zhen returned to Chang'an, he sent poems to Xue Tao to express his longing for him, but he did not come back in the end.

But Xue Tao's longing for Yuan Zhen was unforgettable. She waited with all her body and mind to meet her sweetheart again, until she finally understood that she was just a small episode in his life. In his later years, Xue Tao simply wore Taoist robes, lived in seclusion in a building, and no longer participated in poetry, wine and rhymes. She lived this ordinary life for nearly twenty years and passed away at the age of sixty-five. Duan Wenchang, the Jiedushi envoy of Jiannan at that time, personally inscribed her epitaph: "The Tomb of Xue Tao Hongdu, Secretary of Xichuan Girls' School".

7. Liang Hongyu, who beats drums to resist gold

Liang Hongyu was born in the first year of Chongning, Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty. Originally from Chizhou,

both her grandfather and father were military commanders. Liang Hongyu trained in kung fu by serving her father and brother since she was a child. During the Fangla Uprising in the second year of Xuanhe, Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, his grandfather and father were killed for missing a chance to fight, and Liang Hongyu was reduced to a prostitute in the Jingkou camp. The imperial court sent Tong Guan to lead the army to pacify Fang La, and finally Fang La was captured by Han Shizhong.

After Fangla was pacified, Han Shizhong and Liang Hongyu met for the first time at the celebration banquet. The two looked at each other in love and finally got married. Their loving life has been accompanied by war. Liang Hongyu stayed in the capital after becoming pregnant, but was detained by Miao Fu and Liu Zhengyan. However, due to Han Shizhong's bravery, they did not dare to embarrass their mother and son.

At this time, Emperor Gaozong of the Song Dynasty had no freedom of action. Empress Dowager Longyu and Prime Minister Zhu Shengfei secretly sent Liang Hongyu to Xiuzhou to urge Han Shizhong to come for rescue. They named Han Shizhong the general of the Imperial Camp Ping Kouzuo and Liang Hongyu the wife of Anguo. . Han Shizhong quickly put down the rebellion of Miao Fu and others, and appointed Wu Shengjun as the military governor.

In the winter of this year, the Jin invaded again, crossing the river from Huangzhou and Caishiji, and approaching Lin'an. Emperor Gaozong of Song Dynasty fled to Yuezhou. Han Shizhong stayed in Xiuzhou. During the Lantern Festival in the fourth year of Jianyan, Jin Wushu issued a letter of war to Han Shizhong, agreeing to start the war the next day. Han Shizhong followed Liang Hongyu's plan and divided the Song army into two groups. Seeing the Chinese army waving the flag as a signal, he encircled and intercepted them. As a result, the Jin army was defeated. Han Shizhong sang loudly: Thousands of miles of the Yangtze River, there is no end to the magnificent autumn scenery. He talked about the Qin Palace and the Han tents, the Yaotai Yinque, the long sword leaning against the sky outside the mist, the precious light hanging on the side of the sun's smoke! Clap your sleeves to the stars to clear up the world, and the news will stop. Dragons and tigers roar, phoenix clouds cry, eternal hatred, Ping Huai said. Being stubborn about the mountains and rivers brings tears to the blood. The Qiang pipe and flute are played at night in Bianshui, and the Luan Yu walks along the old Liaoyang River. Break the spit pot into pieces and ask the toad, "What's missing from the circle?"

A spy proposed a plan to Jin Wushu: cover the ship with earth and burn the Han Shizhong warship with rockets. However, Han Shizhong used Liang Hongyu's strategy to defeat more with less, and besieged the enemy for nearly fifty days, preventing the Jin army from crossing the river to invade at will.

After Yue Fei was killed, Han Shizhong was also removed from military power. He simply resigned from his official position and spent the rest of his life with Liang Hongyu.

Clean and elegant temperament. In the fourth year of Xining reign of Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty, Su Dongpo was demoted to be the general magistrate of Hangzhou. One day, during a banquet, he saw the light and graceful dancing Wang Chaoyun. He loved her very much and married her as his concubine. Su Dongpo was already forty years old at this time.

Su Dongpo was a man of bold temperament. He discussed his political opinions freely in his poems, which offended the powerful people of the day and was demoted several times. Among Su Dongpo's wives and concubines, Wang Chaoyun was the most considerate of Su Dongpo's feelings. Once, Su Dongpo returned home from the imperial court and asked his concubine, pointing to his abdomen: "Does any of you know what I have in this?" One replied: "Article." Another said: "Information." Su Dongpo shook his head, and Wang Chaoyun smiled. He said: "You are full of untimely things." Su Dongpo heard this and praised: "The only one who knows me is Chaoyun."

Su Dongpo stayed in Hangzhou for four years, and then moved to Mizhou and Xuzhou. , Huzhou, and was demoted to Huangzhou deputy envoy due to the "Wutai Poetry Case". During this period, Wang Chaoyun always followed closely. When they were in Huangzhou, their life was very poor. In the sixth year of Yuanfeng, Wang Chaoyun gave birth to a son for Su Dongpo, named Suili.

After the death of Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty, Emperor Zhezong of the Song Dynasty succeeded to the throne, appointed Sima Guang as prime minister, and abolished all Wang Anshi's new laws; Su Dongpo was recalled to the capital and promoted to bachelor of Longtuge, and concurrently served as the young emperor's attendant. At that time, Su Dongpo was greatly appreciated by the Empress Dowager Xuanren and the twelve-year-old little emperor, and he was very successful politically. Su Dongpo thought about his dead wife Wang Fu from time to time: for ten years, life and death were so blurred that he could never forget it without thinking about it. Thousands of miles of lonely tomb, no place to talk about the desolation. Even if we meet each other, we should not know each other, but our faces are full of people, and our temples are like frost. At night, I suddenly returned to my hometown with a deep dream. I was dressing up outside the small window. They looked at each other without words, and could only shed tears. It is expected that the broken part of the intestines will be cut off every year, on a bright moonlit night, there will be short pines.

Two years later, Su Dongpo was demoted to the post of Hangzhou magistrate again. The people of Hangzhou loved him very much. After that, Su Dongpo served as the prefect of Yingzhou and Yangzhou successively.

Zhezong of the Song Dynasty appointed Zhang Dun as prime minister, and Su Dongpo, who had different political views, was demoted to Huizhou (now Huiyang County, Guangdong Province), a land of southern barbarians. At this time, he was already in his sixties. The concubines around him gradually dispersed, and only Wang Chaoyun followed him. Su Dongpo sighed and wrote a poem: It is not like the poplar branches saying farewell to the happy world, but just like the virtues accompanying Ling Yuan; Anuluoxiu is not old, and there is no daughter Vimalakia who always explains Zen. The scriptures are scrolled and the medicine furnace is used for new work, and the dancing clothes and singing songs are old marriages; the elixir is completed and I am driven to the three mountains; I will not be the Yunyu Immortal of Wushan Mountain. The preface says: "The Yu family had several concubines, and they resigned one after another in the past four or five years. Chaoyun followed Yu to the south. Because he read Lotte's poems, he wrote this drama as a gift to her."

Chaoyun also gave birth to Su Dongpo in Huizhou. The next son, named Qian'er, was weak after childbirth and died suddenly at the age of thirty-four. After Chaoyun's death, Su Dongpo buried her in the pine forest under the Great Holy Pagoda of Qi Zen Temple at the south foot of Gushan Mountain in West Lake, Huizhou, and built a Liuru Pavilion on the tomb to commemorate her. There is a couplet engraved on the pavilion pillar: Untimely, only The morning clouds can recognize me; I play ancient tunes alone, and I miss you even more every time it rains.

9. Mrs. Huarui's prophecy of "Wanli Chaotian Song"

After the fall of the former Shu, Emperor Zhuangzong of the Later Tang Dynasty appointed Meng Zhixiang as the governor of the two Sichuan provinces. After Meng Zhixiang arrived in Shu, Zhuang Zong was killed and after Tang Mingzong's death, Meng Zhixiang assumed the title of emperor, but died within a few months, and Meng Chang succeeded to the throne.

Meng Chang was a man who knew how to enjoy himself. He recruited beauties from Shu to fill his harem. His favorite was Fei Guifei, the "Mrs. Hua Rui". Mrs. Hua Rui loved peonies and red weeds the most, so Meng Chang ordered officials and people to plant peonies in large quantities. In addition to hanging out under the flowers day and night with Mrs. Huarui, Meng Chang also convened the officials to hold a banquet to appreciate the peonies. After drinking and feasting day by day, Mrs. Huarui boiled the white sheep's head with red ginger, pressed it with stones, and drowned it with wine. It was cut into pieces as thin as paper and had endless flavor. It was known as the "Scarlet Sheep's Head".

Meng Chang was most afraid of heat, so he built a crystal palace on the Mohe Pond, with nanmu as the pillars, agarwood as the roof, coral inlaid windows, and jasper as the door. The surrounding walls were made of bricks and stones, with an open space of several feet. of glass inlay. The tents and brocade quilts in the palace are extremely luxurious.

Just when the two men were drunk and dreaming, Zhao Kuangyin, the emperor of the Song Dynasty, "dressed himself in yellow robes" and ordered Zhongwu Jiedushi Wang Quanbin to lead an army of 60,000 to attack Shu. The 140,000 Shu soldiers guarding Chengdu were defeated thousands of miles away. Chang Zhi tied himself out of the city and asked to surrender. In the spring when the mountain flowers are blooming, Meng Chang and Mrs. Huarui are forced to leave their paradise in Shu and go to Bianliang. Zhao Kuangyin had long heard that Mrs. Huarui was extremely beautiful, so in order to see her beauty, he rewarded Meng Chang and his family, and met Mrs. Huarui when they came to the palace to express their gratitude. Seven days later, Meng Chang died suddenly. Many people believed that he was poisoned by Zhao Kuangyin. Meng Chang's mother was ashamed of her son's request to surrender, so she went on a hunger strike and died. Taizu left Mrs. Huarui in the palace to serve at the banquet and asked her to recite poems impromptu. Mrs. Huarui chanted: When I first left Shu, my heart will be broken, and I will regret leaving. The spring is like a year, and I will hear the cuckoo all the time. The three thousand palace maids are all beautiful, their bodies are fighting against the beauty of the moon, and their hair is tied to the sky. Who knows that it is a prophecy today. This word was written on the wall of the post station when it passed through Jiameng Pass after leaving the Kingdom of Shu. At that time, in the Chengdu Palace, Meng Chang, the Lord of Shu, personally composed the song "Wanli Chaotian Song", thinking that it was a good prophecy for Wanli to come to the court. Women wore high crowns and all Calling it "Chaotian" is the fulfillment of the surrender of Song Dynasty. Taizu also ordered her to compose a poem, and Mrs. Huarui read: The tree on the king's city lowered the flag, but I was in the deep palace and I didn't know it; 140,000 people were all disarmed, and not one of them was a man. Song Taizu felt Mrs. Huarui's longing for her homeland and admired her even more. He took Mrs. Huarui into the palace with him and was soon named a noble concubine.

But Mrs. Huarui has not forgotten her love as husband and wife with Meng Chang, and often pays homage to his portrait secretly. Once when Song Taizu saw it and asked her who was in the portrait, she had to say that it was Zhang Xian who was sent to send his son. After this, all the concubines in the palace also offered statues of Zhang Xian.

Mrs. Huarui later angered Taizu's younger brother Zhao Guangyi due to political disputes, and was shot to death by Zhao Guangyi during a hunting trip
