Can I record ultraviolet rays with my camera? If so, can ultraviolet light be displayed on the TV when the video tape is played?

The camera can't record ultraviolet rays. First, ordinary glass lenses have serious attenuation to ultraviolet rays. Second, the photosensitive range of ordinary camera photosensitive elements does not include ultraviolet light. Third, even though photosensitive elements can be sensitive to ultraviolet light, they are interfered by too much visible light. A filter that blocks visible light is needed.

The original form of ultraviolet light is invisible to people. If you want to see ultraviolet light, you need to change the ultraviolet image into a monochrome image or a composite image composed of visible light in some way.

It is almost impossible to record ultraviolet rays with a camera, but black and white aprons can record ultraviolet images.
