Surveying and Mapping Engineering

Based on the surveying established by Jiaozuo Institute of Technology at the beginning of last century, after more than 80 years of construction and development, it was renamed the Department of Surveying Engineering from the Surveying Teaching and Research Section in 2005. Land Resources Management

The Department of Land Resources Management was restructured from the Land Resources Management Teaching and Research Section in 2005 on the basis of the real estate management major of 199 1. Founded in 2006, the Department of Remote Sensing Science and Technology is an engineering department integrating remote sensing, surveying and mapping, and spatial information engineering technology. At present, there is an undergraduate major in remote sensing science and technology, and in 2005, it was authorized to obtain a master's degree in photogrammetry and remote sensing, which is the only master's degree in this subject in local universities in Henan Province.

The faculty currently has 12 faculty members, including 4 double-hired academicians, 2 part-time researchers and 2 associate professors, accounting for 84% of the total. With the efforts of all teachers, teaching and scientific research have developed rapidly.
