Which province is Jiading?

Jiading is not a province, but a municipality directly under the Central Government of Shanghai. Jiading District, affiliated to Shanghai, is located in the northwest of Shanghai, bordering Baoshan and Putuo in the east; West of Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province; South of Wusong River, facing Minhang, Changning and Qingpu; Liuhe is adjacent to the north, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province. The total area is 463. 16 square kilometers. Jiading was named Lian Qi City in Song Dynasty, named after Lianqi River.
