When will the bridge be built at the Baifang Ferry in Changning?

Penglai Long Island Bridge is expected to start construction during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period (2020-2025).

The distance from Penglai to Long Island is only 7 kilometers, and the geographical and geological conditions are relatively superior. Natural conditions such as marine environment are favorable for the project construction, and the construction difficulty is relatively low. The project route, passing area and sea area are all located in Yantai, and the coordination cost is low.

Judging from the completion of a series of large-scale cross-sea projects represented by the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao cross-sea bridge, at present, the bridge and tunnel technology at home and abroad is very mature. This will provide experience and technical support for Pengchang cross-sea test project.
