Is Aperture image editing or just photo processing?

Aperture can post-process and classify pictures in batches, which is more powerful than IPHOTO. No post-function. Apple's final cut studio processes images. However, aperture is now out of 3, and it has some video processing functions, but it is not powerful. As for PS, it can be likened to PS being a Swiss army knife and APERTURE being a sharp blade with a single handle.
