How are American science fiction films made?

Actors perform in front of a green background (called key-like technique). There is only an actor's image on the screen, and there is no background. The background is shot or produced separately, and the post-production is completed together.

Science fiction movies take science fiction elements as the theme and fantasy scenes based on science as the background, and on this basis, narrative film and television works are launched.

The scientific theories used in science fiction films are not necessarily accepted by the mainstream scientific community, such as alien life, alien planets, superpowers or time travel. Science fiction movies are often set in the possible future world, showing the difference between reality and spaceships, robots or other elements beyond the times.
