C4D- Quick Start Tutorial

C4D is a commonly used modeling software, which is mainly composed of menu bar, common toolbar, mode switching bar operation view, time axis, object bar and attribute bar.

02, toolbar

Toolbars are the weapon to get the job done.

Commonly used displacement, axial locking, rendering and setting, deformer, ground, camera and lighting are all here. Different from other 3D softwares, the shortcut keys for C4D to move, rotate and zoom are no longer W, E and R, but E, R and T. If you are not used to the operation, you can modify the shortcut keys in "Window-Custom Layout-Custom Order".

03. Attribute column

In the Properties window, you can adjust many model properties, deformer properties and material properties to get more interesting results.

04. Material column

The materials used in the process of finishing the works will appear here, which can be summarized by renaming, layering and labeling.

The object bar is the management of the model.
