Alice in Wonderland is based on the classic fairy tale Alice in Wonderland written by lewis carroll 1865 and the supporting story Alice in the Mirror written by 187 1. Tim burton's film should be a sequel to the original.

Alice in the fairy tale was only 9 years old when she arrived in Wonderland, and Alice in the movie was 19 years old as soon as she appeared. Ten years have passed since that adventure. Alice (mia wasikowska), who once roamed the fairyland, is 19 years old. Driven by the social atmosphere, she gradually grew into the kind of aristocratic woman that her family hoped for, but she had already forgotten her wonderful experience when she was 9 years old.

Time flies. At the 19 birthday party held for her at home, a rich man's son proposed to him. The other is hamish Escot (Leo Bill). Although hamish is rich, his personality is stupid and dull.
