Malaysia Airlines has a weight limit on single luggage.

Following the global health and safety regulations for baggage handlers, Malaysia Airlines strictly stipulates that the weight of each baggage should not exceed 32kg.

No matter what class you take, the check-in counter around Malaysia Airlines will refuse to accept single baggage over 32kg (70lb). Passengers need to repack their luggage until it encounters a pressure ball. This rule also applies to transshipment.

Liquid, spray and gel

For safety reasons, the dosage of liquid, spray and gel in the hand luggage of passengers on international flights is strictly limited.

Lagging items, such as drinks, creams, perfumes, sprays, gels and toothpaste, must be placed in containers not exceeding 100 ml/mg.

All lagging containers must be placed in transparent and resealable plastic bags.

Each passenger can only carry one transparent and resealable plastic bag with a capacity not exceeding 1 liter. It is recommended that you use the refrigerated bags (20cm x 20cm or 25cm x 15cm) sold in supermarkets.

Please make sure that the total length of the four sides of the plastic belt does not exceed 80 cm.

When you scan your hand luggage at the international departure port, please take out your luggage bag and scan it separately. The staff in charge of security scanning at the airport have the right to decide whether your goods are qualified at the last minute, and take out the unqualified goods for processing.
