There are fewer buttons on the top of the camera, including flash release button, Fn button (changing ISO by default) and a mode wheel.

The mode wheel provides two custom modes (C 1 and C2) and an Adv (creative filter) mode. Adv mode provides a variety of filter modes, such as panoramic mode, enhanced thematic focus mode and enhanced low-light shooting.

XF 1 has automatic auxiliary focusing LED lamp, which can help to achieve accurate focusing in dark conditions. This function can be turned off in the menu. When the DISP key is pressed for 2 seconds, the function can also be turned off, that is, there is no sound when the camera is focused and the flash is turned off.

The small flash is placed on the top of the camera, so it will not pop up automatically when it is needed to take pictures. It's just that there will be a corresponding prompt on the LCD screen.

The stereo microphones of XF 1 are placed on both sides below the lens, where we can see two small black holes. This design makes it possible to record the shutter sound when the lens is zoomed and photographed in a very quiet environment.

The connection socket of XF 1 is placed next to the camera and has a protective cover. These include HDMI and USB/AV sockets. XF 1 does not provide a cable release socket for expanding the flash.

The battery and SD card are very traditionally designed in the same compartment. This machine uses Fuji NP50 battery (3.6V, 1000mAh, 3.6Wh), and Fuji X 10 also uses this battery.

The tripod interface is designed on the right side of the bottom, away from the battery compartment, so that when installing the tripod, it is not necessary to remove the tripod to install the battery or SD card.
