Mingda Institute of Technology 1995 was approved by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, 1996 was affiliated to Yangzhou University, and 1999 was approved by the Ministry of Education. It is a full-time college with the qualification of independently issuing college diplomas. The school is located in Sheyang County, Yancheng City.
