Practice and ingredient formula of roast duck in oven

Juzumi honey sauce roast duck leg (chicken leg is also acceptable)

I haven't eaten it for a long time? I bought a duck leg and made it myself. I didn't expect it to taste good, so I shared the practice ~ < P > P.S. Not a professional chef, just sharing it personally?

materials?

1 duck leg

4 tablespoons of cooking wine

4 tablespoons of soy sauce

3 tablespoons of oyster sauce

2 ~ 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (depending on the color you like, the depth is more or less)

salt

allspice powder

ginger

honey

which greatly satisfies honey.

Wash the duck leg and scratch the surface (buy a duck leg because it loves your shape? )

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, allspice powder and ginger slices, and marinate them for more than 3 hours, preferably overnight (the ginger slices are not shown in the picture because you found that there is no ginger at home? If you have any suggestions, you can better remove the fishy smell.)

Brush the oil with tin foil and wrap the duck leg (note that the first baking should be completely wrapped, not open as shown in the picture). After preheating in the oven/air fryer at 19 ~ 2 degrees, put it in, bake it for about 2mins, then take it out and brush the surface with honey. This time, you don't need to wrap it up and bake it directly for about 15min. Pay attention to the middle.

Tips

1. When I cook, I bake it in an air fryer at 2 degrees for 2 minutes, and then in an oven at 18 degrees for 15 minutes. It's ok for friends who don't have an air fryer to use the oven directly, and the skin may be crisper when the air fryer comes out ~ < P > 2. The first roasting must be wrapped in order to roast the meat thoroughly. If it's open, it's likely to be burnt outside and raw inside.

3. Different ovens/air fryers have different tempers, so we must pay attention to the observation during the baking process ~

4. The root of chicken legs/wings used in this recipe is also ok, and the essential principle is the same ~
