All teachers choose sub-topics as their own research topics according to the main topics determined by the teaching and research group. Let everyone have a clear goal, and everyone has their own experimental operation. In this way, the intensity of teaching and scientific research has been strengthened, and information such as random monitoring and statistics has been accumulated, so as to concentrate on breaking through the main topic. In the process of research, teachers demand quality from scientific research and actively write scientific research papers.

Fifth, attach importance to teaching and research, and build a platform for teachers to share, communicate and discuss.

The purpose of online teaching and research is to promote teachers' professional development, focus on finding, researching and solving problems in real teaching situations, effectively apply information technology and build an information environment, and constantly optimize, improve and even change the means, processes and structures of traditional teaching and research, thus promoting curriculum implementation, subject teaching and teaching and research activities as a whole.

Therefore, at the beginning of this semester, under the guidance and requirements of the central school, every Chinese teacher in our school. Using the platform of communication, sharing and mutual assistance, teachers reflect on their own teaching, cases and gains. After work, I record some of my work processes, life stories and thoughts, select and accumulate the information resources I need most, and actively communicate with other teachers on blogs to discuss the problems existing in teaching. It has quickly become the habit of every Chinese teacher in our school to express one's experience at the growth exchange meeting and participate in the communication between teachers. The establishment of teaching and research blog has built an excellent stage for teachers to truly show themselves, and also promoted the improvement of teachers' learning and reflection ability in the process of fully showing themselves and participating in communication.

Six, the shortcomings of the teaching and research group:

1, some teaching and research activities are not solid enough, many specific work links lack creativity, and the activities are not efficient enough to play their due role.

2. Individual teachers do not pay enough attention to the activities of teaching and research groups, their understanding is not correct enough, and their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for participating in collective activities are not high. Therefore, the improvement of teaching ability is not fast, which affects the improvement of teaching performance.

3. There are few students' activities, and the cultivation of students' ability is not enough. There is not enough guidance for students' extracurricular reading, the organization of students' activities is still not divorced from the examination pattern, and insufficient attention is paid to the improvement of students' comprehensive Chinese literacy.

4. The initiative of the reorganization of teaching and research groups is not enough. Most of the activities are actually carried out under the work arrangement of the school guidance office. The teaching and research group lacks innovative ability and awareness.

Seven, the next four measures:

1. Teachers are the key to education. We should find reasons from ourselves, do not complain about others and the environment, strive to strengthen study, improve the sense of responsibility and artistry of work, carry out further exchanges between teaching and research groups, and strive to improve the professional and technical level of teachers in this group.

2. Strictly do a good job in the teaching routine on weekdays, correct homework and train students' abilities from the beginning of class, and keep in mind the old saying that "teaching is lax and teachers are lazy" to encourage each other.

3. From the students' point of view, focus on establishing self-confidence in learning, establishing a competitive learning atmosphere, paying attention to the cultivation of learning interest and learning methods, expanding the amount of reading and composition, and conducting orderly special training to improve students' comprehensive level.

4. Try to be an underachiever, think of various ways and make unremitting efforts to try not to let a student fall behind.

In a word, our Chinese group has made some achievements in this semester. However, we have also seen difficulties and shortcomings. We believe that as long as the teachers and students of the whole school really update their educational concepts and truly adhere to the correct direction of running schools, on the basis of summing up the experience and lessons of this semester and with the joint efforts of all teachers, our group will do better in all aspects of work next semester. We are full of confidence in this.
