The decoration inside Nanjing Da Pai Dong is very atmospheric, and some operas are often played or real people perform on it. ?The clerks all wear uniforms from ancient times, and the details of the dining tables and chairs have also been restored. Some Nanjing specialty dishes are also very good and cheap. Let me mention a few dishes that I think must be ordered: Meiling porridge, sugared taro sprouts, roast duck buns, fried stinky dried buns, crab roe soup buns, and osmanthus pulled cakes.

Beyond Laomendong is the Qinhuai River Confucius Temple area, a must-visit attraction for almost all tourists. Standing on the shore, you can see cruise ships passing by on the river one after another. At night, with various neon lights, the scene looks quite spectacular. The whole street is very long, so you can stop and pass the time. ?The decoration on the roadside is also antique.
