Ten, observers have opinions and suggestions on the court trial activities, can be put forward to the court in written or oral form after the court adjourned.

Eleven, after the public hearing of the case, foreigners or foreign news media reporters request to attend and interview, should be through diplomatic channels to the competent department of the court. After approval, may be allowed to attend and interview.

Twelve, when the case is not heard in public, except for judges, clerks, prosecutors, defenders, judicial police and litigation participants, other personnel are not allowed to enter the court.
