I am the tour guide of Goody Rabbit Olympic Sports Store. When the tour guide has been 1 year and 9 months, when I first started interviewing for this position, our supervisor told us that a tour guide must meet the following requirements:

1. Responsible, eager to learn, hard-working.

2. Have love and emotional input to communicate with the baby and really like the child.

3. Have affinity and lively and cheerful personality.

Just like a child, be childlike and patient, relax yourself and throw yourself into it.

It seems so now. Without these, it may be difficult to persist.

As a child guide, we take it for granted that we are dealing with children, but we are faced with many children of different personalities and ages, so we should be familiar with the psychological characteristics and abilities of children of all ages and play with them in different ways according to each child's personality. They are lively, introverted, or unresponsive, or like playing tricks and being teased, or like * * * and challenges, or serious. If you treat them in the same way, or treat them in the wrong way, you can't resonate with them. It is also important to know what attracts children of what age. For example, a hundred-day-old child likes to listen to all kinds of sounds "beep", "giggle" and whistle, but you must let him look into your eyes and communicate with him, and the distance should not be too far; 1 week Most children are not stable when they first learn to walk. They will stand with things, and some will stick to their mothers. Babies of this age pay special attention to safety first. They like sneezing, throwing things, hiding from cats and so on. The baby of 2-4 weeks is active and runs around. You should get familiar with them first, and have something that can arouse their interest, such as bubble water, watering can, games and so on, to attract and control them. Older babies like funny, imaginative and abnormal things or topics, so you should be humorous and play with photographers, which will make them feel more fun and relaxed.
