Looking at yourself on the screen, your eyes are oblique. Looking at the camera of the mobile phone, I feel intentional, and my eyes turn up, which makes people uncomfortable at first glance.

Then where should our eyes look?

If the camera of the mobile phone is on the left when recording in horizontal screen, then look at the bottom of the camera, which is the lower left corner of the mobile phone.

Similarly, if the camera of the mobile phone is on the right, look at the bottom of the camera, which is the lower right corner of the mobile phone.

Look at the position of your hairline when making video or taking pictures with vertical screen.
