Recently, it was learned from the government of Heilongjiang Province that by 2020, Heilongjiang Province will build and expand 4 1 general aviation airports for low-altitude tourism, official travel, aerial photography and other fields.

According to the Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province on Promoting the Development of General Aviation Industry in our province, by 2020, our province will build or expand 4 1 general airports on the basis of the existing 70 general airports (landing points), bringing the total number of general airports to 92.
