With the approval of the Municipal Editorial Committee, Suqian City Letters and Calls Bureau People’s Visitor Reception Center openly recruits 8 public institution staff members from the public name. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions: See the attached table for details.

2. Recruitment scope: University student village officials selected by Suqian City in 2007, students selected and transferred by the Suqian Municipal Party Committee Organization Department in 2007; candidates who meet the job requirements within the city

conditions personnel.

3. Recruitment conditions:

(1) Obey the law, have good conduct, be in good health, and have Suqian household registration.

(2) Set academic requirements according to the recruitment position.

(3) Under 35 years old (born after May 20, 1975).

(4) Not violating the family planning policy, and not being punished by party (league) or political discipline.

(5) Meet other conditions stipulated in the recruitment position.

In accordance with the spirit of the "Municipal Government's Implementation Opinions on the Employment of General College Graduates" (Su Zhengfa [2009] No. 67), the province will uniformly select and dispatch to our city

4. Recruitment procedures and methods: In accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, fair competition, and merit-based recruitment", a combination of examination and assessment will be adopted.

(1) Registration: Anyone who is willing and meets the recruitment requirements should register at the Police Duty Room on the 1st floor of the Suqian Letters and Calls Bureau (No. 16 Nanhu Road) from May 17 to 24, 2010. Registration time is

8:30-11:30 am and 14:00-17:30 pm every day.

Materials required for registration:

1. My ID card, graduation certificate (original and copy), 3 recent 2-inch color photos with no hat and same background, proof of work experience, 1 self-introduction, and other relevant information that can prove the ability to work in the position

2. Applicants should fill in the "Suqian City Letters and Calls Bureau 2009 Public Recruitment for Institutional Staff Registration Form" (in duplicate). After passing the employer's qualification review, the registration procedures will be completed. The registration fee is 100 yuan/person. .

Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information as required in the application form. The employer will review the information based on the information provided by the candidates. Anyone who has committed fraud will be disqualified from the examination or employment qualification once verified.

(2) Exam: The exam consists of two parts: a written test and an interview. The number of positions and applicants must be no less than 1:3 before the exam can be held. The specific time and location will be notified later.

1. Written test: The written test is conducted in a closed-book format, covering basic public knowledge, with a full score of 100 points. With reference to the spirit of the "Jiangsu Province 2010 Examination and Recruitment of Civil Servant Work Implementation Plan" (Surenshefa [2010] No. 63), those who apply for the targeted recruitment of college student village officials will be subject to the provincial personnel department For those who are commended, 12 points will be added to the total score of the written test; for those who are commended by the provincial and municipal party committees, governments or organizational personnel departments

, 8 points will be added; for those who are outstanding in the employment period assessment, 5 points will be added. All types of extra points are not cumulative and are based on points.

2. Interview: According to the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people in the recruitment plan, among those who have passed the written test, those who will participate in the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores. Centrally arrange interviews, with a perfect score of 100 points.

3. Test scores: Written test and interview each account for 50%. Interview candidates will be entered directly and calculated directly based on interview scores.

(3) Physical examination: According to the examination results, the planned number of personnel to be recruited according to the position will be determined in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores to determine the candidates to participate in the physical examination. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for the Recruitment of National Civil Servants

(Trial)". If a vacancy occurs due to failure in the physical examination, candidates with the highest score to the lowest score can be filled in order. The specific time will be notified later.

(4) Inspection: For those who pass the physical examination, an inspection will be organized with reference to the "Implementation Rules for the Assessment of National Civil Servants Recruited in Jiangsu Province". Qualified candidates will be identified as candidates for employment and publicized for 7 days. If there are those who fail the examination, they can be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score according to the position they applied for.

(5) Employment and benefits. After the publicity period has expired, those who meet the employment conditions will go through the employment procedures. The employer and the person to be hired sign an employment contract and go through the personnel agency procedures. The probation period is 6 months

and during the probation period, employees of public institutions will enjoy the treatment prescribed by the state. After the probationary period expires, the employment formalities will be formally processed after passing the assessment. If the probationary employee fails the probationary period, the employment contract will be terminated.

If the employee has a labor contract or employment agreement with the relevant unit, he or she shall be responsible for handling the matter in accordance with relevant regulations.

5.
