Activity process:

18:30-18:40 The chairman of the Student Union of the Department of Literature and Broadcasting took the stage to announce the event meaning.

 18:45 The Ministry of Sports announced the official start of the entertainment fair, and relevant organizers were in place to start cooperating.

18:50-19:20 Double-back ball game will be held.

19:25-19:55 will be held.

 20:00 Announce the end of the event, read out the competition results, and award prizes.

The entire event ends at 20:20.

Personnel arrangement:

1. The general person in charge of the New Year’s Recreation Party: Sports Department.

2. Safety is the responsibility of the Security Inspection Department and the Discipline Inspection Department.

3. Prizes will be distributed by the Secretariat.

4. The practice department and the girls’ department are responsible for the games.

5. Other departments cooperate with the work of the above departments.

Preliminary work of the activity:

1. The Sports Department will send the activity items and specific rules to each department, so that each department knows in advance the items to participate, and for this purpose Be well prepared.

2. Some posters can be posted at the door of the canteen.

3. Each department will send 2 people as judges to conduct training in advance, and the training will be organized by the personnel of the Sports Department.

4. The responsible department must prepare the games to be played, practice them, and make reasonable changes to the rules. The rules will then be sent to the person in charge of the sports department in electronic form. The sports department will reorganize it and send it to each department. (This must be completed before Wednesday, because the compiled rules need to be familiar to the contestants.)

Work during the event:

Staff from each department must respond to unexpected emergencies. Be prepared for events and handle them appropriately. Ensure the normal progress of the game.

Four officers from the Sports Department will serve as referees, and four officers from the Girls’ Department will serve as record keepers. The practical department is responsible for the transportation of props.

Prizes awarded: First place: a small exquisite gift, a notebook, and a pen for each person.

Second place: Each person will receive a small exquisite gift and a gel pen.

Third place: Each person will receive an exquisite small gift.
