Nowadays, it has become a place that everyone yearns for, so much so that many paradises have appeared, attracting tourists. A few days ago, I went to Shitai County in Chizhou, Anhui Province with my friends. Here I encountered a small village with beautiful scenery like a "paradise" called "Baishiling".

Baishiling is an ancient natural village in Xinlian Village, Dayan Township, Shitai County. It is located at the foot of the Guniujiang Scenic Area, 20 kilometers south of Shitai County. It takes about 30 minutes by car. But come here.

Baishiling is an ordinary small village, and precisely because of its ordinaryness, it still maintains the purest, simplest, and original ecological appearance, exuding a simple and elegant atmosphere everywhere.

Baishiling is built on the mountain, with a stream passing through the village. The village has gurgling streams and towering ancient trees. The scenery is very beautiful, and its history is very long. It can be traced back to the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. An ancient village with a history of more than 600 years.

The Hui-style residential architecture in southern Anhui is vividly displayed here. The pink walls and black tiles, mottled horse head walls and quiet courtyards look particularly beautiful. Isn’t this the "paradise" I yearn for? ?

As we all know, there are many Hui-style buildings in southern Anhui, especially Xidi and Hongcun, which are the most famous. Compared with these two ancient villages and towns, Baishiling is better hidden and more low-key. Few tourists know about it. There are so few. Even if you visit here during the peak tourist season, you will not see crowded tour groups, but only a quiet and original mountain village environment.

Originally, Baishiling was a mountain village. Historically, Baishiling was economically prosperous and wealthy, which attracted the attention of bandits. In order to defend against bandits, local residents built a mountain village here. Village, there are also wind watch towers set up at the entrance of the village and around it. Of course, these facilities have long since disappeared, and most of the buildings have been preserved intact.

Don’t look at the houses with pink walls and black tiles appearing in front of you from the mountain. In fact, there are only 5 families living here. Most of the houses are empty or rented here. Of course, there are also many people who come here to escape the world and have a leisurely vacation. They stay here for a long time because they are lingering in this paradise-like beauty.

As mentioned earlier, this place has been built as a photography and painting base. Even if it has been developed, it is not serious. When you are in the village, you can’t see any traces of tourism development, such as restaurants, Accommodation is not available here. If you want to stay here, you can rent a resident's house. When it comes to renting, the most important thing to mention is the rent. The rent is only 1,000 yuan a year, and you can choose a house at your choice.

While visiting here, I was also attracted by the scenery of Baishi Ridge. If I were not busy with my livelihood, I would decide to live here for a while.

Baishiling feels so quiet and beautiful to me. The small bridges and flowing water in the village, the white walls and gray tiles in the mountains and the vigorous ancient trees all seem to exude a unique charm. The biggest physical and mental feeling is that everything slows down.

I have been to many ancient villages and towns before. Ancient villages without commercialization like Baishiling are indeed very rare.
