When you walk, your body is pushed out, not out. When exercising, the toes always face the front of the body, because the feet are the extension lines of the legs, which can make the legs look slender and more attractive. Feet can't be adducted, legs can't be bent generally, they should be straight, otherwise they will look wobbly.

Legs: When walking, it is best to have a little gap between your legs, or even no gap, which will make you look slender and straight. If the gap is too big, the center of gravity column of your thigh will tilt from side to side and swing from side to side, lacking the basic essentials of a man's stability. Span: Female models use span to find music, while male models just can't move span, which is sometimes a headache for male models. The span and leg force are not caused by the same plane when the leg is kicked out. Knee friction is also one of the reasons why it is easy to move across. Don't rub your knees with your thighs. Arm: Swing arm can be said to be the most difficult to learn. We often say that we should use the big arm to drive the small arm, but few people can really swing with the big arm. In fact, it is the forearm that drives the arm or shaft joint to exert force. Personally, I think that the big arm drives the small arm because the triceps brachii is exerting force and naturally swings behind the body. The rear swing arm should be big and the front swing arm should be small. The rear swing arm is slower than the front swing arm. When swinging the arm, the big arm and the small arm can't exert force, but naturally bounce forward with the help of the back arm. When you bounce to the angle of the front swing arm you want, your wrist should control the hitting force. Under the right music conditions, if the moving shoulders are particularly large, it will give people a feeling of chic, procrastination, hooliganism and lawlessness, which is what many fashions want. Head: shaking your head is mainly due to inattention, and some of them are acquired habits. As long as more attention is paid to the shaking and tilting of the head when walking, it can still be solved by trying to correct it. When walking, you must not move your mouth or close it too tightly. Just relax as usual. If there are some extra movements, it will be scary. Generally, it is enough to blink two or three times from the backstage of the runway to the front desk. Blinking too much will be unstable, and it is even more undesirable for girls at the front desk to flick their eyebrows. We should see confidence in our eyes. It's better to have content. The key is to express with our eyes according to different music. In many cases, your expression is bigger than your body language.

Rhythm: Music consists of fast, middle and slow three parts. Boys are required to walk at a medium speed, fast at a medium speed and slow at a medium speed.
