Huo Yuanjia (186865438+1October18191September 00 14), whose real name is Jun Qing, is from Anletun, Dongguang, Hebei Province, and is of Han nationality. He lives in Xiaonanhe Village, Jinghai District, Tianjin (now belonging to Nanhe Town, Xiqing District, Tianjin, in memory of the famous patriotic martial artist Huo Yuanjia at home and abroad, his hometown Nanhe Town, Xiqing, Tianjin was renamed Jason Wu Town on June 5438+ 10/8, 2009), and he is the founder of Jason Wu Sports Association. Huo Yuanjia was born in a fan family. Father Huo is a bodyguard. Because Huo's secret boxing is superb, many big businessmen ask him to be a bodyguard. Huo only shoots the poor and innocent, and never guards corrupt officials. Huo Dean has three sons: Huo Yuanying, Huo Yuanjia and Huo Wuyuan, and Yuanjia ranks second. It is said that Huo Yuanjia was weak when he was young, and his father, Huo Dian, wouldn't let him practice martial arts. But Huo Yuanjia practiced secretly, and at the age of 24, he defeated a man who defeated Huo Yuanjia's brother and younger brother in five minutes. Later, Huo Yuanjia founded the Fan Trace Boxing.

As an adult, Huo Yuanjia managed a pharmacy in Tianjin, and later came to Shanghai to hold the "Jason Wu Games" (Jingwumen), which made great contributions to the development of martial arts in China. In Shanghai, he once defeated the Russian Hercules in the ring (one said that the Russian Hercules was personally defeated by Huo Yuanjia, and the other said that the Russian Hercules gave up the game when he heard Huo Yuanjia's reputation). Once, a Japanese Hercules group came to China to ask for a competition. Huo Yuanjia sent his disciple Liu Zhensheng to take part in the competition because of illness, and finally defeated Guinness in Japan. Jason Wu Sports Club was founded by Huo Yuanjia in 19 10. One of the reasons why Huo Yuanjia founded the Jason Wu Sports Club is that he thinks that China's martial arts should not be divided into different schools. We should learn from the strengths of each school, make progress in their own martial arts and carry forward our martial arts (this is similar to Mr. Bruce Lee's). But Huo Yuanjia died a few months after he founded the Jason Wu Sports Association. Yuanjia was poisoned by the Chamber of Commerce and died.

Huo Yuanjia was sickly when he was young. His father, Huo, is a famous secret boxing master. He was worried that Yuan Jia's martial arts would damage the reputation of the Huo family in the future and refused to teach him art. However, Yuan Jia was ambitious and kept an eye on it every day, observing everywhere and stealing his father's art and passing it on to his brothers. He immediately invited Nong Sun Jin, the owner of Huaiqing Hall, and his apprentice Liu Zhensheng to go to the theatre, and saw the Russian Hercules boasting that he was "the world's first Hercules" on the stage. If the "sick man's country" has the ability, it can compete on the stage. Huo Yuanjia couldn't sit still in the audience, regardless of everyone's dissuasion. He sprang onto the stage and said bluntly, "I am Huo Yuanjia, the sick man of East Asia, and I would like to compete with you on this stage." At this time, the translator informed the Russians about Huo Yuanjia's life. When the Russians heard about Huo Yuanjia's prestige, they dared not neglect it. He hurriedly let Huo Yuanjia into the background. Huo Yuanjia accused the Russians on the spot: "Why insult me, China?" After Huo Yuanjia's death, disciples of Wu Jinghui and patriots of Shanghai Wushu held a grand funeral for Huo Yuanjia, and presented an elegy of "Different people have different opinions", which was buried in the northern suburb of Shanghai. The following year, disciples helped to send the coffin back to Li and moved it to the south of Xiaonanhe Village. Shanghai Jason Wu Club is coached by Yuanjia's younger brother Yuan Qing and his second son Dong Ge. Branches have been set up in various places. After more than ten years, Jason Wu has 43 branches at home and abroad with more than 400,000 members.

Legend has it that after Huo Yuanjia was poisoned by the Japanese, his disciple Zhen Chen avenged him. This legend was first put on the screen by Bruce Lee in the late 1960s and early 1970s (the film Jingwumen, with Bruce Lee as Zhen Chen). But in fact, there is no Zhen Chen in history.
