Measures for the Implementation of Surveying and Mapping Achievement Management in Jiangxi Province (200 1 Revision)
(a) Various types of atlases (volumes);
(2) Land and underwater topographic survey data and maps, as well as relevant national geographic data and maps;

Basic surveying and mapping results refer to surveying and mapping results formed in accordance with national technical standards (specifications, rules and maps). The military departments stationed in the province are responsible for the management of military surveying and mapping achievements in the province. (a) according to the national technical standards of astronomical survey, geodesy, satellite geodesy, gravity survey results directory and a copy (in duplicate);
(2) The contents and copies of the survey results, network layout, technical summary and acceptance report of space geodesy such as global positioning survey (GPS), Doppler positioning survey and satellite laser ranging (SLR) with solid ground signs;
(3) Copies of various aerial photographic negatives, aerial photographic appraisal forms and aerial photographic index maps used for surveying and mapping topographic maps and cadastral maps with the scale of 1: 500- 1: 25000 (in duplicate);
(four) officially printed thematic maps and general maps and atlas maps of this province (in duplicate);
(five) five seconds (including five seconds) of urban control survey and other engineering control survey results with a control area of more than ten square kilometers (in duplicate);
(six) the following surveying and mapping results according to the annual list and chart (in duplicate), a copy of the map (in duplicate) can be extended for half a year:
Topographic map with the scale of 1: 500, covering an area of over one square kilometer;
Topographic map with the scale of 1: 1000, covering an area of over four square kilometers;
Topographic map with the scale of 1∶2000, covering an area of more than ten square kilometers;
The topographic map with the scale of 1: 5000 covers an area of more than 25 square kilometers;
1:10000-1:25000 scale topographic map and image map.
(7) Catalogue of cadastral maps and clan maps (in duplicate).
Surveying and mapping results completed by surveying and mapping units from other provinces in our province shall also be handled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 7 Units that keep or use surveying and mapping achievements shall implement scientific management of surveying and mapping achievements for internal use and confidentiality in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) unified numbering, registration and cataloging;

Article 8 The delivery of classified surveying and mapping results must be strictly packaged and sealed, and handed over to the secrecy department or two people for carrying (escorting). The surveying and mapping results for internal use can be operated according to the general internal document management regulations. Ninth confidential surveying and mapping results have lost their use value (obsolete, damaged) and need to be destroyed. With the approval of the person in charge of the competent department at or above the county level, the surveying and mapping results should be strictly registered, catalogued and supervised for sale.
The destruction of confidential surveying and mapping results should establish a registration list and file it for long-term preservation. The main contents of the destruction inventory include: the name of the achievement, the sheet number, the classification, the source, the quantity, the machine (secret) code, the compiling unit, the publishing unit and the time, and the reasons for destruction. The cover of the inventory shall be signed by the appraiser, the seller and the agent, the document number of the approver or the approval for destruction, and the date of destruction.
