Jiangyang Dolma was born in Sichuan Tibet and grew up in a herdsman family. In addition to himself, there are two older brothers and two younger brothers in the family, and he lives a comfortable life. It’s also very tight. In order to reduce household expenses, my mother often went to the mountains to dig medicinal materials and sold them in the market. The family lived on these subsidies.

Although Jiangyang Zhuoma was not the eldest, he was more precocious than his elder brothers. After finishing junior high school, he decided to drop out of school and go out to work hard in his career. During this period, I worked in hotels, washed dishes in restaurants, and worked as a waiter.

Perhaps it was fate that when Jiangyang Zhuoma was working in a hotel, she happened to meet the chorus art troupe. Because they didn’t have enough people at that time, they invited Jiangyang Zhuoma to be a substitute. It was also through this opportunity that Jiangyang Zhuoma became a substitute. Yangzhuoma was selected to study in the art troupe. Later, through his own efforts, he was admitted to the Tibetan Song and Dance Troupe. In 2005, Jiangyang Dolma participated in the first stage play "Dream Kham". In 2009, she participated in the 60th Anniversary People's Liberation Army Art Performance.

After that, Jiangyang Dolma sang many classic songs. Although they were not composed by herself, Jiangyang Dolma sang her own version, which was deeply loved by the audience. As Jiangyang Dolma got closer and closer to his dream, a very unfortunate thing happened at home.

When my mother was packing her things, she suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and died. At that time, my father and older brothers were all working outside, and I was also out of town. There is no one at home, and this incident has become Jiangyang Zhuoma's biggest regret. It was not until many years later that Jiangyang Zhuoma mentioned this matter that he was still very sad.

As her career is gradually recognized, Jiangyang Dolma’s love life is also enviable. In 2014, Jiangyang Dolma married her husband Dingzhenquza. My husband is also a Tibetan. He once worked as a photographer for CCTV and is a very famous photographer. Documentaries such as "Forbidden City" and "Dunhuang" were also produced by him.

After marriage, Jiangyang Zhuoma gave birth to three children, and her life was enviable. Because her mother died early, Jiangyang Zhuoma took care of her mother-in-law as her own mother. Similarly, the mother-in-law also treats Jiangyang Dolma as her daughter. It has to be said that Jiangyang Dolma is very wise in dealing with the family.
