The purpose of aerial work vehicle

Aerial vehicles can be used in many industries and fields, such as street lamps, gardens, electric power, petrochemicals, communications, airports, shipbuilding (repair), transportation, advertising, automobiles, machinery, electric power, computers, automation, photography and so on. The specific number of uses cannot be counted.

Product features of aerial work vehicle:

The UAV industry has the characteristics of small industrial scale, diverse products, strong specificity, high technology content, high safety requirements, and obvious differentiated needs, so it can only be tailored. It is difficult to realize mass production of products with a single specification, which is suitable for the development of specialized small and medium-sized enterprises. However, large enterprises cannot invest corresponding technology research and development resources, market development resources and management energy as leading industries, which restricts the entry of large enterprises.

Power source of aerial work vehicle:

The power transmission device includes the power transmission part of each working device of the aerial work vehicle. Common transmission modes include internal combustion engine-mechanical transmission, electric-mechanical transmission, internal combustion engine-electric transmission, internal combustion engine-hydraulic transmission, etc.

(1) internal combustion engine-mechanical transmission

The power source is the automobile engine. After the power is transmitted from the transmission, it is transmitted to the working device through the transfer case, clutch, reducer, hoist, pulley and wire rope. The transmission line is long and the structure is complex, and it is only used for aerial work vehicles with single purpose.

(2) Electromechanical drive

Using external power supply or vehicle-mounted power supply, the electric energy is converted into mechanical energy through the motor, and then the power is transmitted to each working device through the mechanical transmission device. Because the motor has the characteristics of reversible and stepless speed regulation in a large speed range, and each mechanism can be driven by an independent motor, the transmission and control mechanism are simplified, and the noise and pollution are less, so it is suitable for on-site operation with convenient external power supply or small liquidity.

(3) Internal combustion engine-electric drive

The transmission route is automobile engine-generator-motor, and then drives each working device to run. Its advantage is to use the excellent working characteristics of DC motor to make the aerial work vehicle obtain good working performance, but its weight is heavier and its cost is higher.

(4) Internal combustion engine-hydraulic transmission and other transmission modes

It can make full use of the advantages of hydraulic transmission, simplify the transmission structure, easily realize stepless speed regulation and change the direction of movement, drive smoothly, operate simply and save labor, and prevent overload, so most aerial work vehicles adopt this transmission mode.
