Article 12 The Association implements the system of group membership and individual membership. Photographers' associations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and photographers' associations of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are group members of this association. National professional photography associations and other photography organizations can also become group members of this association after completing the examination and approval procedures in accordance with relevant regulations. Individual members of the China People's Liberation Army (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force) who collectively participate in the activities of the Association shall be regarded as group members of the Association.

Article 13 Rights of group members: Elect representatives to the National Congress of the Association, participate in the activities of the Association, introduce its members to join the Association, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the work of the Association. Group members are free to exit the meeting. Obligations of group members: abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association, pay the membership fees on time, complete the tasks entrusted by the association, and carry out various activities in line with the articles of association.

Article 14 People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens who have reached the age of 18, are in favor of the association's articles of association and have made certain achievements in the field of photography. Upon their own application, they are recommended by two members of the association, submitted to the association for examination and approval, and go through the formalities, and become members of the association. Applicants of the system directly under the central government and those who cannot be recommended by group members for special reasons can apply directly to the association after being introduced by two directors of the association, and become members of the association after being approved by the association and fulfilling the formalities.

Fifteenth members of the association have the right to vote and be elected in the association; Have the right to participate in the activities of the association, supervise, criticize and make suggestions on the work of the association; Have the freedom to quit the meeting. Association members have the obligation to abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association, safeguard the rights and interests of the association, complete the tasks entrusted by the association, and pay the membership fees on time.

Article 16 An association may award corresponding titles according to the achievements, contributions and qualifications of its members.

Seventeenth people from all walks of life at home and abroad who have made outstanding contributions to the development of photography in China can be awarded the title of honorary member. Honorary members are exempt from dues and have no right to vote and stand for election.

Article 18 If a member of this Association violates the national laws, regulations or the articles of association of this Association, depending on the seriousness of the case, the Presidium of this Association may give informed criticism, lower his professional title, suspend his membership or even expel him.
