Because I like it, I will care more about its development and will not care about its shortcomings. Ranger is not as simple as I thought. I can't get in touch with deeper things, and some comments are just superficial phenomena that I see as an outsider.

I have been to the Ranger's forum many times, and I am not interested. There is a lot of interesting content in it, but most of them are written by the team leader. Rangers call it "homework", which may be the task of some tour leaders (I think their recruitment clearly States that those tour leaders must write posts after a trip). Maybe some people are not good at writing at all, so these contents are of low value. Another problem is that the tour leader's travel posts must consider the members of the group, so their articles lack the fun of traveling and seem to describe many people, but everyone can't find that unique satisfaction.

Once a donkey friend wrote a photo post (this should be an activity organized by the platform) and sent us a link to show us his works. I think many people will click on it (I have traveled together and still appreciate his photos), but I'm sure no one will log in to give him an evaluation. The reason for this judgment is that the platform itself is not very easy to use, there is no interaction, and it cannot show its own value.

A donkey friend once said to me, "If you post on the forum, I will definitely post it." I smiled and said I wouldn't post it there, because it didn't achieve my expected effect, and it wasn't worth spending that time adjusting the composition of the article. I'd rather record my travel experiences in other places.

In this regard, I think paladins should join in and encourage users to write their own travel experiences and strategies. Because once users contribute content on a certain platform, they always want to get the attention of others, and the attention of others will enhance a person's sense of existence, which is also what people need. A person who likes writing must also like sharing. He will spread the platform and let more people know.

According to the ranger leader, this platform has more than 200 team leaders, all of whom are part-time. I don't doubt this business model. The company should have signed his agreement when signing the contract, but if other platforms rise, will they choose to leave? There is no doubt that many new travel platforms are emerging, which are more distinctive and more attractive to travelers.

The leader of the Ranger is very capable, but the manpower of other platforms is not bad. I have participated in world-famous teams, and their captain's execution and sense of humor are no less than rangers. However, the forums that are popular all over the world are not so good and sticky.

In this uncertain Internet age, it is not the former competitors who are afraid, but some emerging enterprises that suddenly appear. They often challenge tradition in unusual ways, taking their opponents by surprise. How to deal with these uncertain challenges? Is to keep changing and deal with all the uncertainties.

In this era, I always feel that users are supreme, and only those hardcore users can support the development of this platform. On the basis of users, expanding other developments is king.
