(4) Activity time: April11-May 10.

(5) Participants: All dormitories of Shandong University of Technology.

1. Name of Yashe: Each participating dormitory must adopt a concise, philosophical, self-motivated and inspiring name according to the characteristics of the dormitory.

2. Elegant style: Each participating dormitory must determine its own dormitory style, such as elegant, warm, lively or full of national characteristics.

(7) Design requirements:

1, dormitory design content must be active, healthy and lively, reflect the vitality of college students, and reflect the professional characteristics of dormitory members or the same ideals.

2. The room decoration design is reasonable and full of beauty. It can be designed by hanging healthy paintings and calligraphy works or placing distinctive items without destroying walls and ceilings.

3. Integrate the designed dormitory name into indoor and outdoor.

4. Decorative items must embody the concept of low carbon and environmental protection.

(VIII) Registration method: Dormitory staff download the registration form (attachment 1) from the homepage website, print it out and submit it to their college.

Registration time: April 1 1.

Preliminaries: Time: April 30th. The self-discipline committees of all colleges will go to all dormitories for unified inspection and scoring.

Final: Time: May 10. Each college will submit the grading results to the secretariat of the school self-discipline Committee, and the secretariat will arrange re-examination and grading.

(1 1) Scoring item: The overall score of the dormitory is 100, which consists of five parts: cultural taste accounts for 25%, personal creativity accounts for 35%, dormitory hygiene accounts for 20%, overall impression accounts for10, and dormitory features account for10. The final dormitory score is the average of the total scores of the five judges. According to the scores, the first, second and third prizes are given, and then the most creative dormitory and the most personalized dormitory are selected according to the dormitory creativity and personality scores.
