I plan to climb Siguniang Mountain in the future. What equipment do I need to bring to climb a mountain above 6000 meters above sea level?

List of long-distance mountaineering equipment The following is a list of my personal mountaineering equipment crossing the bottom of the ship and a brief description. Share it with you here, which may be of some reference to friends who walk long distances. The equipment list is only the first step in preparation. You need to choose whether to take it or not. Long-line equipment is characterized by full preparation and self-sufficiency, but it is inconvenient to supply and transport because of too many belts. Welcome to correct me. Camp equipment:

Tent: a single tent suitable for low-lying and normal temperature environment in Guangdong Province and its surrounding areas. Quantity: 1 piece

Sleeping bag: adapted to -5 degree environment, non-down sleeping bag (foreign trade model goods in camp). Quantity: 1

Special medicine: snake medicine

Heatstroke prevention drugs: Ten drops of water, Ren Dan and Huoxiang Zhengqi water.

Instruments: Sterile cotton, bandage, band-aid, scalpel, hemostatic forceps and other trauma first aid instruments.

Personal first aid medicine: I don't have it. If someone else has a specific medicine, be sure to bring it.

All the above are packed in waterproof vacuum packaging boxes, and Korean Lekou brand is recommended. Water and sports drinks:

Water: 3L (1.5L beverage bottle), 600ML aluminum alloy field kettle and 3L empty water bag, which will be replenished along the way.

Sports drinks: 5 liters (500ml single bottle Gatorade *9, distributed according to 3 pieces per day); Emergency combat readiness drink: Brandt water-soluble chicken essence 1 bottle, 50 ml * 4 for health care; Drink sports drink powder: 150g.

According to the actual situation, consider carrying 500ml high-alcohol liquor to drive away the cold and replace alcohol. Food:

In the wild, according to energy consumption, each person should eat 700- 1000 grams of food (3000-5000 calories) every day. According to the following structure, considering the harsh and changeable environment, canned packaging is recommended for material packaging, referring to the principle of "four highs" (high energy, high nutrition, high compression ratio and high storage resistance). It is suggested that the quantity of prepared food should be in accordance with the redundancy principle of 15%-30%, and war preparation materials should be reserved for emergencies.

Carbohydrate is 350kcal/ 100g (rice flour, sugar, potato and corn), and instant noodles, instant rice, bread, cakes and canned eight-treasure porridge are generally selected.

High fat 900kcal/ 100g (nuts, chocolate, fat, oil) is high in energy but not easy to digest.

Protein 200kcal/ 100g (meat, eggs, peanut bean products) suggests to choose canned packaging, such as lunch meat, canned fish, ham sausage, fish paste, vacuum-packed salted duck eggs, bean products, etc.

Vitamin minerals 200kcal/ 100g should be supplemented appropriately. 3 packets of pickled mustard tuber, 2 packets of pickled cabbage, seasoning (soup), salt, etc. , packed in a sealed plastic box.

Other snacks or war preparation foods: milk tablets, small packages of beef jerky or breasts, toffee, small packages of chocolate, etc. , packed in a sealed can.

Half of the energy on the journey comes from "snacks", such as nuts, chocolates, candy bars and so on. Put it in a convenient place and catch some from time to time.

I also considered the guide's food supply, so I brought 30% more standing food. Personal equipment:

Large backpack: large capacity, good backpack system, waterproof, wear-resistant, light weight. Of course, if the above conditions are met, it is a bit harsh to ask for a lightweight backpack. I brought BP 65PT, which is waterproof and wear-resistant, and its weight is relatively large.

Backpack rain cover: it is best to have an original rain cover for a big backpack.

Underwear and casual wear: sweat-wicking and quick-drying underwear, 1 long short sleeves; T-shirts and shorts, each1; 1 headscarf (used to wipe sweat, change hats, flags and medical triangular towels);

Coat: 1 coat or waterproof windbreaker, quick-drying pants;

Hat: sunshade and cold protection,1;

Gloves: stab-proof, 1.

Feet: Wear thick socks (non-cotton and wool) outside and sweat-wicking and steam-proof socks (COOLMAX material) inside, 2 pairs each;

Footwear: 1 pair of long-distance hiking shoes, TEVA sandals, high-top military glue;

Rain gear: very important. It is recommended to bring two sets of raincoats (1 big and strong, one set is light). I gave my light raincoat to the tour guide this time.

Protective articles: leg pads, bowl pads, knee pads and ankle pads. I didn't bring it this time. I left it at home.

Climbing: 1 70cm-long ice pick, trekking pole (without belt), 1 threaded main iron lock, 2 long flat belt sleeves, 2 grab ropes, 1 splayed ring. Spare technical equipment: 4 ordinary quick hanging (non-technical climbing, no load-bearing, used for hanging small objects on backpacks) Miscellaneous:

Walkie-talkie, 5 1 military compass, mobile phone, waterproof headlight (spare battery and light bulb are put with it), emergency flashlight, small paratrooper knife, multifunctional survival knife (jungle number 1), nylon hammock (in the wild jungle, if you can't set up a tent, you can hang yourself in mid-air with big trees to eliminate some hidden dangers), watches, and so on. Spare more than one set of batteries, wax, magnesium strips, large waterproof bags (used to protect clothes, sleeping bags and important items), large plastic sheets, dense bags, plastic bags, and so on.

The following is what I didn't bring for your reference:

Sunglasses, altimeter, GPS, thermos, telescope, photographic equipment, record player (MP3), etc. Personal hygiene:

Towels, toothbrushes, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper (besides being easy to use, it also plays an important role in absorbing some moisture in shoes after entering water) and sunscreen (except at high altitude, I basically don't bring it). Except for the important items packed in waterproof bags and dense bags, I basically added simple waterproof treatment to the above items, that is, one or two layers were wrapped in plastic bags as appropriate.
