In 1980s, Deng Wei completed the first portrait photography collection of celebrities in China, which filled the gap in the subject of portrait photography of celebrities in China and started the establishment and development of the subject of portrait photography of celebrities in China, and was praised as "the cultural project of China" at home and abroad. From the 1990s to the early 20th century, the project of photographing world celebrities was completed, covering five continents. With a unique perspective, he drew more than 100 portraits of outstanding people in the world with unique charm, with more than one million words in his notes, and was praised as "the pioneering work in the history of human photography".
