Suzhou Lingering Garden does not impose restrictions on art sketchers. However, during the daily inspection, managers found that some sketchers carrying oil painting pens, watercolor pens and ink paints either discarded their used painting tools at will or accidentally knocked over the palette, and colorful pigments stained pavilions, seats, pebbles and square bricks.

Some sketchers put their pens directly into the water surface of the scenic spot to clean their brushes, and all kinds of oily pigments have seriously affected the water environment of the scenic spot.
