Photography refers to the process of recording images with some special equipment. Generally, we take photos with mechanical cameras or digital cameras.

For digital cameras, pictures need to be processed by computers and then output by other electronic devices.

(4) In June 2020, the National Copyright Administration issued the Notice on Standardizing the Copyright Order of Photographic Works, which clarified the copyright issues related to photographic works, intensified the copyright rectification in the field of pictures, and promoted the construction of a long-term mechanism for copyright protection of photographic works.
