Snapseed (Chinese version is called "pointing and retouching")

About this app, if you don't know Baidu. Snapseed is the most commonly used software for retouching my mobile phone. Compared with Snapseed, such as rough retouching and butter camera, it has excellent operability and is simple and practical. Open the Snapseed Finger Thumbnail app, and then click "Open Photo" to select the photo to be processed.

Find the "Dramatic Effect" option in the filter area at the bottom of the editing menu interface, and click Open.
