1. Comprehensive Industrial Park: It covers an area of 14 square kilometer, and plans to build Shandong (Tengzhou) Electronic Information Industrial Park, Metal Products Industrial Park and Hong Kong International Science and Technology Industrial Park, with emphasis on electronic information, electronic components, electrical equipment, surplus products, new electric vehicle manufacturing, high-grade packaging materials, new energy, biological constraints, fine chemicals, textiles and garments and other projects.
Second-site warehousing and logistics zone: covering an area of 3.6 square kilometers, mainly focusing on warehousing and logistics projects. Iii. Food Industrial Park: Covering an area of 9 square kilometers, it focuses on projects such as bioengineering, food production and special agriculture and animal husbandry processing. Fourth, machinery manufacturing industrial zone: focus on the development of precision machinery manufacturing, construction machinery, mining machinery, CNC machine tools, key parts of machine tools, auto parts and other projects. At present, the development zone reserves a certain amount of stock land, which can ensure the development land demand for the primary purpose of investment.

The comprehensive industrial zone in the development zone has built a road network pattern of "seven verticals and nine horizontals", which basically realizes "seven connections and one leveling" of access, water supply, drainage, sewage discharge, electricity, telecommunications, heating, gas (natural gas) and land leveling, and is fully equipped with the conditions for project landing, construction and investment. In order to broaden the development space and implement the relocation and integration of four villages in the development zone, more than 90 million yuan was invested to build a new farmer community with a square meter of 1 10000, freeing up nearly 500 mu of land and relocating Xiaosunzhuang, freeing up more than 60 mu of land; Expand the project planning space by 2.4 square kilometers; Two new railway overpasses have been built, realizing the organic integration of comprehensive industrial zone, food industrial zone and machinery industrial zone. The newly-built Jinteng Bridge and Longquan South Road have created conditions for the expansion of Shandong (Tengzhou) Electronic Information Industrial Park. The main roads of the machinery manufacturing industrial park have been built one after another, and the machinery industry projects have landed; Shandong (Tengzhou) reported that Xingye Road and Interval Road of Information Industry Park have been completed one after another, and the project has been resettled. At the same time, the development zone also has hospitals, schools, hotels and other supporting service facilities.
Industrial support
In accordance with the requirements of the national industrial development policy, we will focus on developing pillar industries such as information, machinery manufacturing, metal products, food processing, biochemistry, textiles, building materials and new energy, actively expand the outward development space of the development zone, and vigorously build a sound modern logistics system, financial service system, scientific and technological service system and business service system.
First of all, there are nearly 50 electromechanical enterprises in this area, covering many industrial categories, from machinery manufacturing and parts production to high-tech CNC equipment R&D and manufacturing. The electromechanical industry has a high degree of agglomeration and complete upstream and downstream facilities. It is a small and medium-sized machine tool manufacturing base in Shandong Province.
Second, there are 3 large-scale leading food processing enterprises (groups) and other small and medium-sized production enterprises 10, which is the famous grain and non-staple food processing cattle production and Shankou area in southern Shandong;
Second, the biochemical and textile industries have been newly developed, forming export production bases for light industrial products and foreign trade garments, and research and development production bases for pharmaceutical products, intermediates and chemical products;
Fourthly, there are more than 10 large-scale building materials enterprises in the development zone, covering R&D and building decoration materials manufacturing, building engineering research and design, building installation and other industrial categories. It is the production base of R&D building decoration materials and equipment.
Fifth, the development zone entrusted well-known institutions in the circle to carry out planning and design, and set up Shandong (Tengzhou) Electronic Information Industrial Park, which was approved by the Information Industry Department of Shandong Province in May 2009. The industrial park will focus on developing all kinds of circuit boards, new electronic components and electronic products, which will further enhance the supporting and innovative capabilities of high-tech industries in the development zone.
Preferential investment policy
Land use policy: according to the nature of use, the land in the development zone is divided into industrial land, commercial land and residential land, with the maximum service life of 50 years, 40 years and 70 years respectively. All kinds of land for projects are sold according to law through bidding, auction and listing. According to the nature of the project, investment scale, scientific and technological content, economic and social benefits and financial contribution, the municipal government will give some financial support from the "special fund for sustainable development of enterprises" set up by the municipal finance. Adhere to the principle of project investment intensity, and invest more than 2 million yuan in fixed assets per mu. After the project unit has obtained the inherent land use right according to law, it can transfer, mortgage and inherit according to law without changing the land use and the specified service life. Tax policy:
First, enterprise income tax: domestic-funded productive enterprises with a project management right of 10 years or more will implement "two exemptions and two reductions" on the locally retained part of enterprise income tax from the date of tax payment, and foreign-funded enterprises will enjoy the national enterprise income tax reduction and exemption policy according to law.
2. Administrative fees: During the examination and approval procedures and construction of projects entering the Development Zone, the supporting fees for infrastructure facilities are exempted or reduced (65,438 yuan +050 yuan/m ㎡ for the construction of two-storey or above factories; 50% reduction or exemption for building a first-floor factory building), and exemption from administrative fees such as special fund for new wall materials, bidding management fee, lightning protection technical service fee and project quality supervision fee (only for project units); After the project is completed and put into production, all administrative fees will be exempted within three years, and 50% of the normal fees will be paid within seven years from the fourth year.

Various labor costs: such as surveying and mapping fees, planning and design fees, geological exploration, land evaluation, etc. All are charged according to the minimum standards of the development zone. Industrial projects with fixed assets investment of more than 50 million yuan and foreign-invested projects with registered capital of not less than 5 million US dollars are exempt from water supply, gas and steam opening fees. Preferential policies for overseas investment projects with large investment, high technology content and "one case, one discussion" will be implemented.
The development zone strives to provide low-cost production factors for enterprises entering the zone and continuously reduce the production costs of enterprises.
