Film making of kites

From 65438 to 0958, Beijing Film Studio and Garance Art Studio co-produced the film Kite, which was the first co-production between China and foreign countries in New China and the first time that western filmmakers intervened in China's film creation. The creative staff consists of Wang Jiayi (the director of Five Golden Flowers) in China and * * * in France, and photography is also shared by both parties.

This film was planned after 1956 put forward the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom". At the same time, with the intervention of western filmmakers and under the guidance of the new concept of film creation, it broke the traditional creative framework of children's films in China.
