Let me talk about my feelings after reading the third series of Teacher's Mission by Zhang Wenzhi and listening to the sharing between Teacher Deng Xiuhua and Teacher Kang Qin.
After listening to Teacher Deng Xiuhua's sharing, I remembered what Suhomlin Schusky said-"I have been preparing for this course all my life."
Teacher Deng just robbed this sharing quota this morning. The actual preparation time for this sharing may not be long, but her sharing is clear, rich and thought-provoking. This efficiency can be said to be the result of her persistence in practice, reading and writing.
Teacher Deng mainly shared three points: "1. In my classroom, I am the master; From the principal's grandmother to the principal's mother; 3. From the principal's mother to the principal's sister ". In her sharing, I felt a creative teacher, a teacher who loves to toss. Because I have children in my heart, I have always maintained my enthusiasm for education, and I have become younger and more energetic in the process of helping children grow up.
Teacher Kang shared three experiences: "1. Take education as the goal and do it; 2. Being childlike, do a good job in education; 3. Life education, love education. " In teacher Kang's sharing, I also saw her persistence, her efforts and her influence on children.
Speaking of which, I suddenly remembered teacher Zhang's theory of three points, saying three points in everything. Both teachers have practiced these three theories well.
In fact, there are more than these three theories. I think Mr. Deng and Mr. Kang are what Mr. Zhang did under some theories. Just use their stories to explain what Mr. Zhang said in this book and some viewpoints in this series.
Teacher Zhang Wenzhi said: "To take education as a career, we must take practice as the path, that is, constantly grinding lessons, constantly grinding ourselves, and constantly tossing."
He further explained:
"What I emphasize is repeated practice. You have to think about it, think about it every day, and think about it when you open your eyes. You should turn education into the most important thinking object in your life, and you will find that everything you encounter will be transformed into educational resources, which can help your classroom, your students and your educational writing. This is called "the combination of body and sword". Whether it is technology or cultivation, it is multi-dimensional and eclectic. ——P 1 18
In these explanations, I extracted several key words. The first is "practice". Thinking is the question, doing is the answer. Experience is the mother of wisdom. Similar words also emphasize the importance of practice. Without practice, everything is empty talk. We really should do education and research. It must be inseparable from practice.
The second word is "thinking". Practice is not enough. This will lead to inefficiency, sometimes in the wrong direction, but also in the opposite direction. Therefore, we should not only practice in a down-to-earth manner, but also look up at the direction of walking, ponder over it carefully, and seriously think about whether the road we are taking is correct. Is there anything better? How to improve?
The third word is "repeatedly". You can also use the word persistence. That is, your thinking and practice are repetitive. I have you, and you have me. There must be continuity. Real research can't be done overnight, nor can it be done overnight. Even if you have an epiphany, you need some accumulation.
The fourth word is "integration", also called "integration of sword and body". The road you have traveled counts, and the hardships you have suffered have not been in vain. Your broad horizons and your cultivation can all be linked to your academic qualifications. As long as it is used properly, it can make educational research more stretched and you will develop better.
Teacher Deng tried his best to stimulate children's learning enthusiasm and enthusiasm, and guided them to pick up guns step by step, take the initiative to "grab" and gradually "strengthen". Teacher Deng set up a "happy stage" for the students, and encouraged the teacher to let them out and take them to the playground. Skipping rope and doing sports with students. ...

Teacher Zhang mentioned in the article "Teachers' Professional Growth and Life Growth" that he used "we are all four little people" to describe the normal state of our work: dealing with "little people" all day, doing small things all day, only affecting a small number of people and achieving a little.
