What are the skills to shoot the Milky Way starry sky with a camera?

1, use MUP. Using MUP shutter release mode can prevent the camera from shaking when the reflector pops up and make the shot picture clearer.

2. Long exposure noise reduction setting. If shooting the star track, please turn off the long exposure noise reduction function. Because the noise reduction time of the camera is as long as the exposure time, for example, the exposure time is 60 minutes, then the noise reduction time of the camera also needs 60 minutes, which takes a total of 2 hours. Generally, it is difficult to support a single battery on board, and the consequences of power failure in the middle are very serious. Don't take risks and put the noise reduction work to the later stage. If shooting the starry sky, please turn on the long exposure noise reduction function, which has reduced the picture noise.

3. Focus setting method. Set the focus to manual focus. Zoom in through the monitor on the back of the camera, and then slowly turn the focus ring. When the volume of the star point in the picture is the smallest, the focus is accurate.
