China Snow Valley is located in the North Phoenix Mountain, east of Phoenix Mountain National Forest Park, in the application area of Daheshen Forest Management Station of Shanhetun Forestry Bureau in wuchang city, Heilongjiang Province, 248 kilometers away from Harbin, bordering Xiang Xue in China in the southeast and Weihe Forestry Bureau in the north.
