2. Interview instructions for candidates

1. Candidates must arrive at the designated interview location before 8:00 a.m. on the day of the interview , report to the waiting room with your "Written Examination Admission Ticket" and "ID Card" (or other valid documents). Candidates who have not registered at 8:10 am will be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications and will not be allowed to participate in the interview. After the candidates register, the staff of the waiting room will organize the drawing of lots according to their positions. The candidates will be interviewed in sequence according to the order of the drawing and under the guidance of the liaison officer. Candidates are not allowed to ask interview questions or leave the waiting room while waiting for the exam. They must be accompanied by waiting room staff when going to the bathroom. If anyone is found to be carrying or using any communication tools (without giving them to the staff for safekeeping in advance), they will be treated as a disciplinary violation and their interview qualifications will be cancelled. 2. Pay an interview fee of 50 yuan per person during the interview (charged according to E-Price Fee [2007] No. 18 and E-Price Fee Regulations [2011] No. 100).

3. The interview will be conducted using an individual structured approach. The interview time for each candidate will be within 10 minutes. The candidate’s interview score will be announced on the spot during the interview.
