Yang Hongchun's Personal Experience

1995 graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, and studied under the famous painters Sun Qifeng, Huo Chunyang, He Jiaying, Li Xiaoxuan and Jia Guangjian. 20 10 studied under Yuan, a famous figure painter from Sichuan Poetry and Calligraphy Institute. His works are elegant in style, exquisite in pen and ink, both in work and writing, and famous for their unique style.

1In April, 1999, Chinese painting won the international honor "Gold Award" of the Second World Chinese Art Award in Hong Kong.

In July, 2000, the calligraphy works won the "Calligraphy Bronze Award" of the first World Chinese Art Exhibition jointly sponsored by China Ministry of Culture, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and People's Pictorial Society, and were awarded the honorary title of "World Chinese Artist".

In 2009, Gongbi Panda won the "First Prize" in the 4th China Poetry and Painting Exhibition. Selected as "2009 China Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Masters Spring Special Auction"; The 12th China Contemporary Powerful Painting and Calligraphy Auction held by Hongkong International Auction Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Yihai Auction Agency Center.

In 2009, his calligraphy works won the second prize of the third Dongpo Literature and Art Award in Meishan City; Selected as the "Third Sichuan Calligraphy Teacher's Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition" and works collection sponsored by Sichuan Calligraphers Association.
