Wedding photography cross-industry cooperation agreement

Party B:

In order to promote the rapid development of each other's business , sharing customer resources, mutual benefit and win-win. In line with the principles of fairness, justice, reasonableness and mutual benefit, after friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B, we have reached an agreement on cooperative promotion of the brand of Deli Automobile Group (XXXXXX), formed a strategic partnership, and signed the following cooperation agreement:

1. Contract Period

Starting from the day of the year and ending on the day of the year, counting years.

2. Party A’s responsibilities:

1. Party B recommends students to purchase any car model under the Deli Automobile Group, and Party A pays Party B’s venue monthly according to the transaction standard of 200 yuan/unit. Occupancy fee and on-site promotion fee.

2. In the group buying event held by Party A, Party B recommends its customers or friends to participate in the car buying activity. Party A pays Party B monthly venue occupancy fees and on-site publicity according to the participation standard of 20 yuan/batch. fee.

3. Party A displays and displays Deli Auto Group materials and holds group buying activities within Party B’s business scope. 4. During the cooperation period, all vehicles purchased through Party B can enjoy free car washing, interior vacuuming and deodorization and other free services.

5. During the cooperation period, all vehicles purchased through Party B that are repaired and maintained by Party A can enjoy preferential prices: 15% off on routine maintenance and repair labor charges.

6. Owners of vehicles purchased through Party B who make an appointment in advance can participate in lectures on vehicle maintenance knowledge, repair techniques, and driving skills for free by Party A’s senior technicians.

7. If there are large-scale events during the cooperation period, Party A can provide a wedding car for free. (The specific quantity and specific activities will be discussed later)

3. Party B’s responsibilities:

1. Do a good job in Party A’s publicity work and assist Party A in establishing a good social image among end customers.

2. Party A can post the Deli Automobile Group Alliance promotional poster in a conspicuous place of Party B’s business premises through friendly negotiation.

8. During the cooperation period, if there are large-scale activities, Party B can provide some free prizes. (The specific quantity and specific activities will be discussed later)

IV. Interpretation Terms:

1. Party A pays Party B monthly commissions for introducing customers to participate in activities and purchase vehicles, with specific reporting time and payment time. Before the 10th of the following month.

3. All vehicles belonging to Party B, whether employees’ vehicles or introduced customer vehicles, can come to Party A’s company to enjoy free car washing services or preferential maintenance services. They only need to provide their driver’s license, driving license and maintenance services. Documents are enough. Party B must provide a list of employee and customer vehicle information in advance, including name, license plate number, phone number and other basic information, for Party A's archiving. 5. Liability for breach of contract

This contract is made in two copies, with Party A and Party B each holding one copy. When the contract expires, it will be automatically terminated. If there are any objections during the contract, they will be resolved through negotiation. If there is a breach of contract, the other party must pay liquidated damages of RMB 2,000. This agreement shall take effect from the date of signature by both parties.
