Badaguan is the floorboard of more than a dozen criss-crossing roads in the south of Qingdao, most of which are named after the famous pass in China. The environment here is very quiet. Peach blossoms are in full bloom in spring, crape myrtle is in full bloom in summer, ginkgo trees and red maple trees are in autumn, and villas are everywhere. This is a famous photography resort. Walking along the boulevard, you can see old villas such as Huashi Mountain Villa. The beauty of the four seasons is different.

Here, you can visit the "petrochemical villa" in the style of European castles, climb the roof and overlook the sea, or overlook the classic villas such as the Japanese Marshal House and the Danish Princess House where the founding marshal Peng Like Wilder lived. The origin of the name

At first, "Badaguan" refers to eight roads named after the famous pass in China (Shaoguan Road, Ning Wuguan Road, Zijingguan Road, Wushengguan Road, Jiayuguan Road, Zhengyangguan Road, Juyongguan Road and Shanhaiguan Road). Later, it became a general term, including Hanguguan Road, Linhuaiguan Road, Rongcheng Road, Zhengyangguan No.1 Road, Zhengyangguan No.2 Branch Road and so on.

Villa group

There are more than 300 villas in Badaguan, most of which were built by politicians and wealthy businessmen outside the middle of the 20th century. Now it has become nursing homes and government agencies, many of which are private restaurants, beauty salons and fitness shops. Huashi Villa is a typical architectural style here. Yuan Shuai Building, Princess Building, Badaguan Auditorium, VIP Building and Diaoyutai are also famous buildings.

Ornamental flowers and trees

The streets of Badaguan are full of trees, each of which is a scene: peach blossoms in Shaoguan Road in spring, crape myrtle in Zhengyangguan Road in summer, five-pointed maple in Jiayuguan Road in autumn, and rows of fir trees in Zijingguan Road, which are evergreen all year round. In addition, there are Fatong in Shanhaiguan Road, Ginkgo in Juyongguan Road, Begonia in Ning Wuguan Road and Longbai in Huaiguan Road.
