The third is to give deed tax subsidies. Families or individuals who buy new commercial housing in the above-mentioned areas of this city will be subsidized according to 50% of the deed tax paid after the contract is filed, and the subsidy will be paid according to the principle of paying first and then making up. The purchase of new commercial housing does not include policy housing such as price-limited commercial housing.

The fourth is to issue subsidies for new citizens to buy houses. When new citizens buy new commercial housing in the above-mentioned areas of this city, during the implementation of the policy, they will complete the contract online signing and filing, pay the deed tax, submit the subsidy application, and give a subsidy of 30,000 yuan.
